The room is clean and nice. Easy to move around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended with 5 Stars! During the enforced mandatory Day 1 quarantine, staff even went the extra mile to ask if you would like to have a meal if you arrived after noon time. They will even give recommendation, such as, either hotel served food or online platform option. I tried ordering through online platform and everything was seamless (e.g. from ordering, until the delivery of the food/drink item at my door step).

According to my point of view, hotel's location is not attractive. A bit far from main road " Petchburi Road " Nothing interesting around the hotel but next to Bangkok BDMS hospital. There's a convenient store opposite the hotel. Staff is very very helpful no matter HK attendant or Afternoon shift Front desk officer on 16 April, they are willing to help whatever they can do. This point need to be raised up. Nice room but not spacious. WIFI in my room 729 need to fix as the signal always cut off and can't even see " Reels " in IG. Almost no signal. Hotel do not have a swimming pool but they have a nice zen garden

From check-in to check-out, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, tidy, and workable. I especially, feel safe that the hotel's safety and health protocols are applied during my stay. Since I was there on a business trip, I could either work in my room with an ergonomic chair or in the hotel lobby. I also love the garden deck and the roof deck - they are the hidden gems!

This hotel is pretty new. Very clean and staff were very friendly. We arrived early in the morning and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. Their breakfast buffet had a great variety of items. Staff kept buffet area stocked through out breakfast time. Will definitely come back!!!

Easy for check in . Room is clean. Reception staffs are very nice. There are variety facility in the hotel including cafe and nice restaurant wuth international food💖💖💖💖I will come back and also recomment to friends.

I stayed their for a couple days for medical reasons it is only few steps from bangkok hospital, the rooms were very cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time especially mai, asma and Dave. Only the breakfast need to be more variety it was very limited choices, other than that it was very nice hotel sure I highly recommend it

We have stayed at this particular HIE several times. It is our go to overnight hotel coming into Bangkok. It is clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast has always been good with plenty of fresh fruit.

We have reached early in bangkok and had an appointment on Bangkok Hospital the reason why we have checked in here which is closed to the hospital.to my surprise the hotel is much affordable but very modern furnished and clean.Breakfast menu is halal and in good taste.

Stayed overnight here between flights and was pleasantly surprised. My room was clean and modern. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Airport Link train and taxi is the cheapest way to get here, just watch out for taxi drivers who pretend they don't understand and want to take you all the way to the airport from the hotel to make more money. Mine tried, and failed.
