Fairly average hotel, a very friendly and helpful woman on reception as well as reasonable rates although our room was quite basic and the safe didn't work properly. Other pros include the decent location (not far from Silom Village and sky train at Chong Nonsi) as well as there being an abundance of films to choose from! Basic but functional.

This would have to be the noisiest "Hotel" i've ever stayed at. The room was clean. Its just that most of the guests were of the feeling that banging doors and speaking loudly at ALL hours of the day was acceptable....... Ironically the staff were really helpful and i couldn't fault them!!!!

We booked into the hotel for 3 nights for our final stay in bangkok after 3 months travel. Weve stayed in plenty of midrange hotels and this was the worst. After check in we left for the day and only returned later in the evening. We left the air conditioning on in the room as it was very hot, it...

A clean, convenient well priced place. The staff are marvellous, welcoming and polite and nothing is too much trouble. The beds in our room had seen better days but there was adequate storage space. The fridge and the kettle were very useful. The bathroom was fine except for the drain in the floor which had a disgusting smell and this...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
