I loved our room in Saladaeng Colonnade! The pillows were really fluffy and we had a full length mirror that we used to take pictures of our OOTD! I think it was a plus that they had a complete and functional kitchen that even included a sponge and a dishwashing liquid! It really felt like home. It would be even...

Booked the 2-bedroom suite last September 2013. We were amazed how big the room is! after a full day of walking and sight-seeing in Bangkok, it is so nice to retire to this boutique hotel which is very homey. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. I suggest you book this hotel if you prefer to stay away from the night...

1 bedroom suite was too big for me and my friend but we were both delighted with the interior. We had a full length mirror mounted on the bathroom door and our mini kitchen was mysteriously hidden behind wooden sliding doors. Breakfast in bed was also served though there were only 2 default sets of choices. Staff was friendly except...

We stayed as a family with two children in a two bedroom suite. It was well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is located close to both bts and mrt stations and also a short walk to the silom shopping centre, which has a food court. The staff were very helpful and quick to organise us a taxi t the airport...

I stayed at the Saladaeng Colonnade during 07-10 August, 2013. I had a one bedroom suite and it was clean and up to date. Hotel was quite comfortable; service was great with friendly staff. Food in restaurant was very good – mostly Italian. Hotel location is excellent, being close enough to the BTS and the Silom area but still in...

Had been staying at there for quite some time in Bangkok. It is quite disappointing that the choice of breakfast were remained the same; either ham with croissant or flakes, and I believed that quite a number of customers had the same opinions too. Some parts of the room were not cleaned properly eg the microwave oven; leftover foods were...

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 3 nights, the suite was well appointed and love the clean colonial style. The location is excellent, being close enough to the BTS and the Silom area but still in a quiet soi that makes the hotel feel peaceful and homey. The only minor detractions would be that the smaller room is tiny...

We stayed at the Saladaeng Colonnade in June for four nights. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The hotel is tucked not too far down a quiet soi away from the busy street, but not too far to walk to everything you need. Of the 5 hotels we stayed in on this trip we rated it number two. It...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
