The first place on our 7 week Asian tour. Price is really good and the room is okay for the price. Bed is rock hard though. Locationwise it's a bit of a work to walk all the way to bts or mrt in the heat, I recommend to have a hotel closer to public transport. We weren't bothered by the... More

We arrived to the apartment on Saturday Wednesday 5th October having stayed for 3 nights in Pattaya. As soon as we arrived, we realised we have made a terrible mistake in booking this place. It was in the middle of building works with awful views of broken building all around. As we walked into the lobby, the receptionist did not... More

After a very easy check in B1000 deposit we was in our room . A junior sweet with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen . Very clean , very comfy and everything you expect from a budget hotel and more. The staff let you get on with your Holliday but are there instantly if you need anything. There is a 7eleven... More

Just needed a cheap hotel for 1 night in a handy location and this did the job. Upon arrival encountered an unenthusiastic receptionist but in the end she did upgrade me to a 1 bedroom suite. They do ask for a B1000 cash deposit and as I had just arrived in country I had little Thai cash, but they let... More

Staying in Sathorn

Neighbourhood Profile
Sathorn
Sathorn is Bangkok’s central business district, but here you’ll find much more than international banks and suited-up office workers. Take a stroll along the small alleys between the skyscrapers and you’ll find yourself among Bangkokians living life at a much slower pace. Feast on fantastic Thai food which you can find in the town-house restaurants, office food courts and sidewalk food stalls spread all over the area, especially around St. Louis Hospital. A visit to Sathorn is not complete without a drink at one of the glitzy sky bars perched atop its skyscrapers.
