First, I would like to share a very bad experience with AGODA that ruined our trust and confidence with them. We had booked through them for our 3 nights stay at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel - one month in advance and it was really disappointing and inconvenient that upon reaching the hotel with all our bags already taken by the hotel staff, we found out from the reception that we dont have a booking with them. In short the AGODA team really marked an unforgettable experience with their poor coordination and very unsatisfactory service. On the other hand, all the Bahi Ajman Palace staffs are very commendable with their outstanding customer service. They had accomodated us in a way that all our frustrations and disappointments with AGODA turned into a wonderful and relaxing holiday. I will specifically mention the following staffs with a superb service - Mr. Showaib, Mr. Keith, Mr. Shivraj, Ms. Honey, Ms. Michelle & Team - my kids really enjoyed your face painting and the hous keeping team who made our room spakling clean. We thank you and hope to be back soon.

I stayed at room 2706. My 2 bedroom apartment comes with 2 bunk bed and a king bed. There is a dining table, a sitting sofa, 2 toilets and a small fully equipped kitchenette. There is a balcony outside too. Rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and looks new. Check-in was easy. The reception area was well decorated too. Worth the price we paid for. Good recommendation if travellers plan for a short transit stay. As I came in on a night flight from Don Mueang airport.

I love this hotel and the interior designs. WiFi Connection is good, there’s also a restaurant cafe next to the hotel and the receptionist will give you a 10% discount voucher that you can use when you order. The Staff are nice and helpful also near to DMK airport approximately 15 mins. It could be better if they will have an english Channel

This is a fabulous place. Clean and modern. The rooms had nice sized fridges and were super clean. The beds were firm but comfy with nice comfy blanket. The front desk had a guy who spoke impeccable English if you need that. The shower was on the smallish size with no door so the room gets wet, but this is pretty normal for Thailand. The air con worked amazingly. Location was pretty close to the airport... 170THB to catch a meter taxi there. I will gladly stay here again. The price list in the room made me chuckle though. I’ve attached for your entertainment.

Spent one night in the hotel with my family. New hotel with well-equipped rooms. Location is hard to find but once found it is in a good location. Clean modern room. All was good. Checkin was smooth as was checkout. Did not use the facilities because we stayed only one night. Would stay there again.

Bagna is a well serviced area at the south-western extremity of greater Bangkok. It is beginning to be "found" by those who look for basic value rather than special facilities. Cost per night is around 1,000 baht for which you get adequately sized room which are clean and comfortable with 200 channels from the colour TV, air conditioning that works, easy and secure car parking and very quick access to Ikea Mega Store and to Suvanabhumi Airport. Free coffee is available, but as yet no free tea. Simple meals can be obtained. But the counter staff still can't add 49 baht for a cup of tea plus 60 baht for a bun then give correct change from 150 baht, without asking for assistance from the supervisor.
