Cozy place and personalized service. Liked it. And best was the location. Could get to any place in central BKK since the Phromphong BTS Station was just 2 minutes by walk. Room had an easy-to-use kitchenette too. I used it everyday.

The location can't be beaten for the price. Easy access to Sukhumvit, the BTS and your pick of shopping malls The room was clean, albeit a bit small. The staff were friendly and professional. Happy with my stay.

The room is very narrow and musty. Old towels, dirty rooms, blankets and sheets have stains like it didn't change from last customer. Don't visit this place!

Great location, a 5 minute walk from the Phrom Phong BTS station on a small side street with several good places to eat. Loved my room, it was comfortable with a full size refrigerator and cooking area (didn't use it though). The bed was super comfortable. The shower was cramped but the water temperature and pressure was good. Good AC. Looked at several rooms which I didn't like before finding the one I liked. The best feature was the front desk clerk Jane who was quick to respond with a smile for any needs. Good price for the area. Provided hotel-like service despite getting a long stay rate.

This was one of those bookings where you think to yourself "Man, why didn't I believe the reviews?!", 5 minutes into opening the door of your booked room. For 715B/night it looks very attractive on paper, but if one thing i've learnt from travelling throughout Thailand- Bangkok in particular- it's that you won't get anything decent under 1000B/night; This experience consigned the last chance to salvage a 'bargain' stay, to the bin. The hotel budget must have been blown on the foyer, as it's the most attractive part of the entire building. One might say it is highly deceptive of what awaits upon retrieving your keycard. The lift struggled to open, smacking of poor maintenance, which foreshadowed the incident which trapped my girlfriend and two other guests inside for 10 minutes on the second day! Upon stepping onto the 4th floor, the blast of heat and damp hits you like a waft from a fat man's pants. It was dreadful. There were vacant rooms with doors wide open as I walked to my room; Doscarded mounds of towels and a housekeeping cleaning cart kept watch at the side of the door to my room. Positives: The room was best for one person (barely) acceptable for a couple. Small kitchen area, stocked with cutlery, two free bottles of water in the fridge, decent television screen, plenty of wardrobe space. Negatives: Bathroom sewer smell was overpowering, broken sliding screen door to shower, extremely small area for washing, no shaving port, lighting in the room and bathroom was dreadful to the point I was using the flashlight on my phone to aid vision for shaving, the air conditioning blasted warm air despite setting on 16c, the bed was a rock hard moon-crater which concaved as if a fat man had been lying there for a year solid - really horrible and uncomfortable. Folks, do yourself a favour, pass up on this. The only way I'd recommend this joint is if it was under 400B/night, and i mean that with the tax & service included.

Very small room, i stayed at room 402, if you keep your luggage then you dont get sapce to move, there is nothing great other than the location of this hotel. Also there are no boards to locate the hotel, it becomes very difficult to locate the hotel.

Conviniently located, a little inside frm the maddening crowd of Nana but still close, tuk tuk service available to the street and back. Good rooms. Breakfast ok ok. Overall a good place to stay. Close to the Nana station MRT so easy to go to shopping malls.

Staff were barely attentive, helpful, friendly or courteous. Wi-fi was poor and difficult to access on differing floors. Overall Hotel Air-cond. was inoperative, specific room a/c was very noisy though effective. Shower enclosure offensively dirty and poor condition, plumbing old and poor. Cooked dishes at paid breakfast were cold as no warmers under trays. Overall fittings and furnishings barely up to standard, not well cleaned nor maintained. Questionable slow lift rated at 1000 kg max for 15 people but cramped fits just 6. Night security poor - nightman often absent from desk for long periods, front door always open.

It was the second time I stay, but this time did not really match my expectation as I got a much bigger room on my former booking. However, I was saved by my wrong choice of bed when I booked my room this time. After reading the reviews n my conversation with one of the receptionist, I finally knew why there were 2 different groups of reviewers. There were actually 2 separate buildings which would give u different experiences. The building I stayed twice was the one with the decent lobby reception area n a lift. I knew there was another building without both lift n decent lobby which contained bigger rooms without hot water. Based on my experience, better take the double bed room rather than the twin beds. I liked the location which was very near to the supermarket n BTS, plus all the amenities n utensils provided. Staying on a low budget place, not finding any hotel facilities, for me, the room was enough, but it was felt too small for 2 people.
