The hotel is showing signs of ageing. The furnitures and carpets look old and worn out. They could also have done a better job with cleanliness. Good thing is that the public spa area is big, clean and well-maintained. There are 4 dip pools in the spa, with cold and hot spring water. The location is good. Service is not...

We visited the public baths on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Cost was about $600/700 each. There are four baths of different temperatures as well as a steam room and dry sauna. It's a same sex only bath (not mixed) and totally naked but you'll get over that soon enough. Enjoy!

It's only the Location that's noteworthy for this hotel. It's near station and eateries. Convenient if you're travelling with elderlys and young children. Service is so-so. We asked for a map leaflet and had to persistently asked for it 4 times before the Front Desk girl reluctantly gave the precious leaflet to us. Corridors are dimly-lighted. Bathroom is dirty with...

Without a car, we took train to New Beitou - hot spring paradise. Also because without a car, moving around is not so easy, we didn't do too much research, just arrived to look for Spa with massage. The ones we would like to go needs to walk for 50 mins, the closed one is this hotel. So we took...

I stayed for two nights and got very bad experience in Taipei. While we discover the room very dirty, dusty and bathroom many stain. The reception not intend to provide another room for change. Reception staff very unhelpful and ridiculous attitude. Seems they not care guest needs and did not provide any service. I highly recommend the General manager should...

The resort, located only a couple minutes' walk from the Xinbeitou station, offers hot spring rooms by the hour. I took the hot / cold room for additional charge. The hot bath offered the light hot spring sulfur smell (not overpowering) along with relaxing heat. The cold bath offered a very, very brief shock but isn't so cold that it's...

What you are basically paying for is the location of the hotel which is near the subway, restaurants, shops, etc. Rooms are basic but it has the added advantage of having a plunge hot spring tub. Somehow the water doesn't seems to give the same quality or effect as those from the other hot spring hotels we have stayed further...

Resort/Hotel is very near to Xin Bei Tou Station, very convenient. Room is dark even if all the lights are on. Cleanliness can be improve especially the tub. It's kind of disgusting with all the stain in the bath tub. Other than that is fine. Nearby attraction include Beitou Hot Spring Museum, Ketagalan Cultural Center and Geothermal Valley.

Great location can see it from the MRT station exit, first room was dinky and rank, paid more for a larger room with windows looking over the front street much better. This area promoted as a tourist area, actually it's more like a like a shabby suburb that has hot water smelling of sulphur running through the rain water drains....
