This was my first time in Taiwan and thanks to a great stay at QStay I will certainly be back! Felt just like home. I stayed for 2 weeks and had everything I needed. The elevators only let you go to your own floor so I felt very safe and you need 2 key fob entries before you can even...

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Smaller boutique type Hotel with excellent/personalised service received from Andy. Within walking distance to Ximen MRT which can take you anywhere you want to go. Also very close to Red House if you want to have a drink. Room was quiet and included everything you would expect. I had organised pick up...

Stayed in the bigger room for 4 nights. The room was quite roomy. Had two big luggages, put them to one side of the bed and had plenty of room. Saw the smaller room too and it looked okay as well. After check in, did not see anybody at the reception desk which was fine because I did not need...

This is our second stay at Qstay. Just like the first time, booking was done through email. Since they have promotions on their FB account, I availed on this promo which is 20 % discount. However, the inclusive date only was on our first day, the last 2 days we were charged the regular rate minus 5% discount if paid...

Excellent location, walking distance to Ximen MRT station, friendly staff (spoke English & Mandarin), privacy ensured, leisurely simple breakfast spread at the lounge area, with newspapers in English & Mandarin. My room had no TV but with desktop PC which was perfect for me. Ideal for gay singles or couples. (single gay male in 30s travelled alone in October 2012).

I was in Taipei for the weekend, and I noticed that almost everything was unavailable that I was looking for, or it was just madly overpriced. Qstay had positive reviews, so I emailed them and asked about their availability, which they confirmed was fine. This is not a typical hotel, so it's best if you scale back your expectations quite...

I recently spent a weekend at Qstay. I was impressed with the place and location for the price. The staffs were very helpful and I was quite comfortable throughout my stay. I found the room to be a good size and I actually liked the shower and area which I found to be a good size and I had consistent...

Very near to Ximen area. Walk around 100 meters only. Hotel rooms looks good, cleanliness is ok. However, the shower area needs to be improved as there were molds on the wall. The shower was bad as we could not get a regular water temperature. We could not get a proper shower as the water can be suddenly ice cold...

The scores so far: 54 Excellent 27 Very Good 1 Terrible I dont get it! I am with the minority........ this place is dreadful. I normally find that if you read, say, half a dozen reviews on trip advisor then you have a good flavour about a place. I just dont get why people enthuse about this place! Lets start...
