The owners are lovely and very helpful! They also gave us lots of useful information about the city. The place was very clean, hot water, fast WiFi and the view from our room was breathtaking! They also have a bookshelf on the main-floor with great selection of books! If you are staying there make sure you go for a meal...

Phil's Inn is a great spot! Our room had a view over the lake! That wasn't the best part during our stay my friend and I met "Phil". Truly a remarkable person who has put his heart and soul into his establishment. When staying here you contribute to the local community in a way unmatched by other alternatives. Would highly...

Hotel is in the middle of lakeside and close to all amenities. Wifi is fine. No tv in rooms. Phil and his wife are laid back and easygoing. It's a very comfortable place to stay for a few nights. Its not a place that's suitable for party animals.

In mid-October we spent three nights in a room with an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. Most comfortable bed and strongest shower that we experienced during our stay in Nepal. Owners Phil (Pradip) and his wife (Manju) are very welcoming and helpful with suggestions re what to see and where to eat.

First and foremost Phil is the actual owner of this inn. He and his family are very gracious caretakers and provide a very warm welcoming. Our room was very clean, the power actually worked to charge various items, the shower was fantastic and warm. The roof top views were majestic each and every day. Phil has access to many local...

Phil's is a wonderful little oasis just off of the waterfront in Pokhara. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were a short walk from a host of restaurants, coffee shops and stores selling all sorts of local goods. Phil is a great host and can help you find the things you need or the trek or tour that...

Clean and comfortable accommodation and warm, friendly hosts. The location is great with superb views of the lake and mountain. Better accommodation than many hotels in Pokhora. No TV, but that is good!

A really great stay - 8 nights. Phil's Inn was recommended to us by Nepali friends. Had a room with a lake view. It was good & clean, with en-suite toilet & shower room. 5 minutes walk to the lake edge. Our hosts, Pradip & Manju, are genuine, gentle folk, always helpful & trustworthy. My wife went paragliding, we went...

Phil and Manju are a very personable couple who will make your stay in Pokhara as full as you desire. They can arrange for any of the tourist attractions. They also know the best places to eat. If you are in Pokhara on a spiritual journey they can help you there too. Having grown up Hindu and now a local...

Any trip to Nepal must include getting as close to the mountains as possible, so Pokhara is a logical starting point: of course there are plenty of guesthouses and trekking companies to help plan your trek and related accommmodation. In my experience, nowhere offers better value that Phils Inn. Attractively positioned near Lakeside and still close to shops & restaurants,...
