We came to Glacier after a few days at an amazing yoga retreat. While on the more expensive side, this place is worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Morning breakfasts were delicious. Our room was clean and spacious- bathroom was SO nice and clean as we aren't used to the toilet/shower combos so common in Asia. We loved...

We had an amazing stay at the Glacier Hotel. Staff was amazing, property and facilities were terrific and the room was very comfortable. The beds were amazing after having been on a trek for 12 days and the shower was great. We ate breakfast a few times which was great. The only slightly negative was wifi that was hit or...

On Easter morning, we awoke to the smell of burning plastic. We went down to brunch (which isn't bad, btw) and smoke from burning trash across the street started blowing into the restaurant. Trash is constantly burning, but this billowing smoke was ridiculous -- almost as if it was meant to disturb others. To his credit, the manager confronted the...

Really recommend staying at Glacier Hotel - it's right on the lake so it's the most perfect location! The rooms are really nice, clean, light and well decorated. The staff are so friendly! Thank you so much for making so much effort for my mums birthday! Will definitely be back!! The only minuses I could say are temperamental wifi and...

Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms and a really lovely bath! Loved the decor and ambience. Great location in central Pokhara and a short walk from central lakeside. Helpful, welcoming staff give a personalised and homely yet professional feel.

We stayed in the new wing that was opened after the earthquake - please ensure that when booking a room, you ask to stay in this wing. We booked a standard room and were upgraded to a junior suite, and I have not seen the standard rooms. The staff are polite, courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and...

The Glacier Hotel was probably the best hotel we stayed in over 2 weeks in Nepal. The rooms were spacious with pretty much everything you could need (including mini bar). The staff are great. The breakfast was extensive

We stayed one night here and would have never left! First of all, the building is absolutely beautiful: old stone walls mixed with wooden ceilings, water fountains and art on the walls all given this hotel it's wonderful style. The rooms are great, the staff is helpful and kind, and the location is perfect! Ask for a room with a...

We came to Nepal for our Honeymoon and stayed here a few nights. They were very sweet and covered our room in rose petals. The room had a huge terrace with beautiful views over the lake. The staff here are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are immaculate, very well appointed and modern. The restaurant has the best...

I was on a photo workshop in Nepal and the workshop leader booked us in the Glacier Hotel & Spa while we were in Pokahara. It's an excellent hotel with only a few flaws. Those flaws are so minor that I feel I'd be consider being unreasonably picky to point them out. The rooms are spacious, very well lit and...
