Excellent stay with hot water and heated/air conditioned room - I came back each time in KTM! Truly a home away from home. Warm, friendly, and very helpful staff. Close to everything but still quiet and private location as well!

Service was great at this little hotel. Be prepared for stairs as there are in most accommodations I found in Kathmandu. Room was tidy and clean and everything I needed was provided. It did cost extra for an airport transfer so be prepared for this. I would stay here again. I didn’t experience the breakfast as I was out on tours early in the mornings and left to catch a bus on my last morning. Everything else was great for the price.

I liked this a lot! We stayed in another hotel for three nights in KTM and after coming here, I hoped that I had booked this also for those nights.... Good size room for three people. The bathroom was a bit small but that didn't bother us. Clean and neat hotel. Breakfast included which was good. Helpful staff. Good location. We stayed in the room 222 which was good size.

We first stayed here shortly after it was built and left a glowing review. It has doubled in size since, but still remains a friendly, clean, mid-range place to stay in a quiet location. We stayed twice recently as bad weather caused Lukla flights to be cancelled, one night we booked on Expedia and the other I did direct by phone. The area is packed will hotels at all prices from very cheap to very expensive, but we choose to stay here because of the people and the rooms.
