I have stayed a whole week in Kampala, and I decided to stay in Cassia again. I have been there many times and without doubt I truly love this place. It is the whole package that makes me feel relaxed and at home: the service, the rooms, the views and of course the good times and the laughs Mr Johan....

The location is beautiful with the balcony offering an expansive view. I enjoyed sipping on my drink while starring at the beauty of lake Victoria away from all the chaos of Kampala city. The service was good.It is a place to sit back and relax.

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The view is magnificent, the best view over Lake Victoria. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant is very good and they serve good quality wine, which is not self-evident in Africa, but here they do. I most certainly will come back here!

We stayed in the Cassialodge as part of a trip and it was a good startingpoint. When I had medical problems, the manager and staff helped us with a good doctor, medicine and information of the surroundings and possebilities for us. The view is magnificent . The hotel has a nice garden and a clean swimmingpool.

This hotel was 165 Us Dollars a night so not cheap. At this price, they can do better. 1. The TV seemed to be controlled from reception or...

I would like to thank our dear customer for appreciating the view to die for, the fast internet, the amazing pool, the excellent staff, the very clean rooms (quote). Sorry for the few small things that were not appreciated by the client. Yes indeed, there is no buffet breakfast when we only have a few people in the rooms. Maybe...
