Superb place with a beautiful view, cool breeze on top of the hill where you can also see almost the whole of Kampala. Good food though the quantity is a bit little, but good value for money. Rooms are also spacious. It's a place to visit once when you visit our beautiful country Uganda

The best place to relax in the Kampala area. A wonderful view over Lake Victoria, a large swimming pool, comfortable rooms, good food and drinks and helpful host and staff. This is our favourite spot when visiting Kampala.

We just spent one night here after driving up from Entebbe and having a tour or Kampala. After being caught in rush hour traffic, it was such a relief to arrive at this quiet charming hotel up high in the hill. The room was very comfortable. Our tasty dinner at an outside table with great views over Kampala, watching the...

We only went to Cassia lodge to have a late lunch, have a few drinks and enjoy the views until it got late and we could see all the beautiful lights. I cannot emphasise enough how beautiful the views were, you get a great view of the city and of lake Victoria. There is a pool also for those who...

My wife, son and I stayed end of December 2016 until early January 2017 at Cassia Lodge in Kampala, Uganda. It was really our home away from home. A very much committed Belgian owner, Mr Johan van Hecke, advising and helping us with getting to know Kampala and Uganda and organising excursions. A very friendly and service minded staff in...

Entering the new year with family at Cassia was simply wonderful. From warm welcomes, friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking view, great food ...to beautiful hygienic rooms, fast wifi, serene environment. With the hotel overlooking Kampala, we were able to see fireworks from all over the city. Having breakfast on the terrace with the view of Lake Victoria was splendid. It's...

Been here in February this year and one thing I can't get enough of is the breathtaking view of Lake Victoria and the city of Kampala. The rooms are cozy with camp lodge furniture. The cuisine a mixture of Belgian and local dishes. Only downside is the room I got strongly smelt of cigarette smoke. It's a place I will...

It's a nice place overlooking L.victoria and good neighbourhood, very quiet and calm suitable for intimate couples to meditate. In line with my work for pick ups and drop offs in Kampala and Entebbe Airport, most of the time I interact with my clients I pick from these hotels/lodges and always give me their impressions when still fresh. It's stuff...

Peaceful location on the outskirts of Kampala. The rooms are adequate and clean and the food is reasonable. The swimming pool is the best I saw in 3 weeks in Uganda; a reasonable size and nice clear water! There are lovely views of Kampala and Lake Victoria. It would have been nice to eat outside on the balcony, but we...
