This hotel is not fit for purpose. It is a waste of money. While some of the staff are really nice abs lovely, the rest are just simply unhelpful.

I'm not sure the Bayelsa state government runs it. There's a picture of someone who is supposedly the owner/chairman of the hotel. However, I'm sure the hotel management will be in a better position to give an answer to your question.
From my stay there though, I can tell you that the hotel is certainly flourishing.
