Nice boutique guest house in Windhoek suburbs. A bonus is that it is next door to the Olive restaurant so no need to worry about driving into town for dinner. Our room by the reception was a bit stuffy and dark but had the advantage of being near the car park so not far to lug bags. It was fine...

This was our first stop on our trip to Namibia. We were made very welcome. The upstairs room was very nice and had all the comforts you can expect. We eat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and enjoyed both our meals. The staff were all very friendly and have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for your stay...

Like many travelers, we stayed our first and last night in Namibia in Windhoek and were happy to spend the night at the Olive Grove Guesthouse. It is located in a residential area just outside the city center, but still on walking distance. The airport is a 45 minutes drive. The rooms are modern and well furnished with good beds...

We arrived late and exhausted and were greeted by very friendly staff and excellent customer service - something had gone wrong and our room was given to some other people, which they resolved quickly by upgrading us to their amazing suite! And it was indeed very very luxurious, great food too, can highly recommend for anyone who wants a nice...

The start of our trip around Namibia and a lovely place to start to see this great country. A little way from the city centre but the city isn't stunning so not an issue. A great restaurant attached to it. Helpful friendly. Nothing else to add and nothing else needed.

We spent there the first and the last night during our trip in Namibia in executive suite and it was very pleasant and comfortable stay. The manager and receptionists were always ready to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were very modern with trendy design, clean and perfectly equipped. And the design and atmosphere of a...

Situated in a peaceful suburb of Klein Windhoek and 40 minutes from the airport - suitable for an overnight stay. Comfortable room although I found the decor a little dark. The door to our room open onto the veranda dining area but this was not a problem. The food and service was excellent. I imagined the garden to be alot...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Olive Grove is a small upmarket accommodation establishment situated close to the city center in a quiet, peaceful area. The guesthouse takes homely atmosphere to a different level. Recently completely refurbished, each room has been decorated and painted with new colour schemes allowing a different feel, but with the same elegant and simplistic emphasis on decor. The open-plan kitchen allows guests to see how meals are prepared, while they enjoy a drink in the lounge. The menu was also reinvented and is now fully a la carte, quite unique for a guesthouse. Home-style food is rounded off with great presentation, pushing up the level of the guesthouse dining experience. Whilst each of the eleven rooms and one suite cater for every need of the most discerning traveller, the emphasis remains one of simplicity and elegance. ... more   less
