Yet placed between streets just outside the city center, this hotel is among the calmest and most quiet hotels I’ve been to in a long time. Clean room, extremely relaxed breakfast (and good food) and a nice bar and fireplace to relax in the evening. Enjoyable, really!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very good location, food is OK. Nothing special in general, but for a business traveller this could be the place for a night in Windhoek. It could do with a bit of renovation as the facilities and finishes are aged.

truly lovely stay in Windhoek, think it may have been the wing i stayed in - the rooms with external balconies. Whilst on a very busy intersections making accessibility great, you have no sense of noise in the room. Had a bath and shower - which is luxury. Food good and staff friendly. The car park is at the rear...

We visited on business and the hotel just met expectations. The rooms however are old and tired. The room I had was tatty. Clean and perfect for a short stay. But hotel needs a face lift. The hotel is situated in a good spot close to town and main routes. Breakfast was Protea standard good and enjoyed.

This hotel offers good food, it is neat and very clean and the furnishings are excellent. It is a bit old but the wooden accents are appealing. However! The fittings in the rooms are not maintained (as others have also pointed out). I stayed there for two nights, I had to move out of the first room because when I...

Centrally located and good for business meetings. However, due to closeness to a major street, I will say not an ideal hotel for relaxation and family outing. Food below average, has problem with parking space.

This dated hotel is well below the standards of any Protea or Marriott worldwide that I've ever stayed at. Marriott and Protea should take back their brand name. The hotel is dated, for sure, but most of all it's completely mismanaged. In addition to the safe not working, the door lock didn't work either. So I didn't feel secure. The...

We stayed 1 night before our flight to SA. The elevator did not work on either day. The room was dingy and outdated...several large holes in sheers, upholstery on chair was extremely dirty. Drains did not work well. Toilet dripped. Carpet dirty in room and hall. The check -in staff was pleasant. Taxis called by hotel seemed overpriced. Dinner was...

We spent the last night of our Namibian trip in this hotel. The staff was really friendly, especially the guy in the door who helped with our luggage. Our rooms were OK, bit of a 90's design, the bathroom is also outdated, never the less clean and the bed was comfortable. Our rooms were overlooking the city and in spite...

Again the staff was really great and super friendly but someone really needs to invest in this hotel or this will not work! The rooms are a disaster, the location is very noisy, the bathroom are not up to date and the air conditioning only works sometimes! I never felt the Marriott brand in this and since a brand new...
