It is a good situated Hotel near Joes Beerhouse. Only 500 meters to go. There is a nice bar with friendly Persons behind the bar. The rooms are clean and big enough to stay. The luxery bedrooms are the best. Sometimes it is a Little bit loud in the Mornimg. The staff is speaking to loud in the morning.

We have been there just now for Mother's Day buffet lunch and can only recommend the place! Having read the negative reviews I was a bit hesitant to have my Mother's Day buffet lunch but was so pleasantly surprised in respect of quality of food, friendliness and efficiency of the entire staff, all in all, I can only recommend Roof...

An interesting hotel almost boutique but happily not urban chic. Appears to be used as a transit stop for parties going on safari but much more than that. The rooms are well furnished with modern decor and furnishings, but the standard rooms are small and I would advise the luxury rooms

We booked rooms at the beginning and end of our safari trip to Namibia. There was extensive building work going on which we were not warned about at the time of booking. On the last night we were escorted to our room through piles of dirt and rubble carrying our own luggage with no offer of porterage. We booked a...

Dear Lametsholokelop, You left your suitcase at the car park. A kind gentleman found it and brought your suitcase to the hotel for safe keeping. Someone came to pick up the suitcase on your behalf. We handed the suitcase over to him. A week later, you called to inquire about missing items. You claimed you lost a pair of running...

It is very difficult to get parking space due to renovations going on at the property. Parking should be reserved only for guests not day visitors. Please also improve your Buffett quality especially meat.

Dear Frank, Thank you for your feedback. We are working on improving our parking facility. We have a master butcher who cuts all our meat to ensure the right cuts are applicable to the various different ways of cooking the meat. I shall pass your message on to the master butcher. I am sure he would take further care to...

Food was phenomenal... Keep up the great work... Staff members super friendly. The bar was really manly and a beer after an 8-5 can really be relaxing and ease your nerves. Feel free to ask the waiter what is in your plate he/she knows... THANK YOU. Truly the African Roof
