Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Ordinary facilities. Intimate atmosphere, good contact with other guests. Quiet location, without own transport far from centre. Breakfast self service. No swimming pool.

We staid 3 nights in the quiet corner guesthouse. The room was clean, bright and tasteful -but simple- in a quieter part of town. (about 15 min walk from the city centre or 10 min by taxi= 5 dollars). A self service breakfast was included in the room, which included eggs, fresh bread, coffee, tea, cheese and ham. A small...

I stayed for a week and a half on a business trip and found this a comfortable home away from home. Staff very friendly and accommodating, and you cant expect much more for the price, especially in Maputo! If you are looking for an affordable option but need all the amenities, such as good internet, tv, shower, air con, etc,...

This is a very simple place in a very inconvenient area, obviously overpriced - the bathroom was flooded and it stank, this is a place where I didn't feel comfortable... I am happy that the host let me leave after one night without making me pay for the other nights I was to spend there (thanks!).

too ordinary and average, could be perfect as a backpackers place does'nt really meet Guest House standards, almost perfect location but there is need to improve on service and appearance among other important issues to really compete in the Guest House World

Very simple place in a very inconvenient area. You will be astounded if you pay before arriving because it is very poor value for money. After our trip to Tofo we ended up staying at another guest house actually in the city for exactly same price.

Andrew is also a good host, and helps out to whatever you need. Drove me to the bus at 5am. Thanks! Will def stay here again. Could have liked...

It's a quiet place and with everything you need. The rooms are well airconditioned. The Staff members are very friendly and able to assist especially for some of us that don't Portuguese. In addition, staff members are very honest and you don't have to worry about leaving things behind. The Manager, Andreas, was always there to advise on some of...

It is a really nice place with a good and friendly host. The guest house is in a quiet area close to the center. A fast Internet connection helped us doing some work during the day. In the evening Andrew the host can give some good advise where to eat (excellent choices). Close to the guest house there is the...

A nice place, I always stay here when I'm in Maputo. It's small, only 4 rooms, so the service is more personal - Andrea and the other staff will help you out with anything you need, even drove me to the airport at 5 in the morning on a Sunday. The area (Coop) is residential and quite nice just to...
