After my last stay, I can honestly say that I have seen some improvements. The internet speed seems a little better, some of the bathrooms have had maintenance and most importantly, the generator now powers air conditioners and TVs as well, during daily power cuts. Housekeeping staff has the tendency to leave rooms unlocked after cleaning, which I find annoying,... More

The hotel is extremely clean, and freshly painted. Rooms too just like the common areas. However the furniture is well used as also the bath. Lovely white linen. The food is reasonable. However the staff make it a worthwhile stay. The day manager/receptionist is very very helpful, speaks good English and is always ready to oblige. The morning chap in... More

About the hotel staff, I can say nothing but good. They work hard (12 hours plus) and are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is another story though. The rooms are noisy and not always clean. No balconies available in any room, just a few small windows. The bathrooms need serious maintenance. Mould is present in almost every bathroom and... More

The mini bar filled on the manner I asked... The airport pickup was so friendly I think I will marry the driver's sister.... The laundry service was... More

Have stayed here for 3 nights based on TA ranking. The positive: location, clean and friendly employees. Paid 85 Euros / night breakfast included, so not so cheap. The not so positive I would rank this hotel as a good 2 stars according to Spanish standards. First morning after arrival, no hot water so cold shower to start the day.... More

Arrived at airport to see driver from hotel already waiting. As soon as we got to hotel we felt so relaxed and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff who provided a professional but subtle service and communicated well as they always knew what was going on. Great room and grounds. good air con in lovely rooms.

“Ask for room 101,104,109,201.204,209,301,309. These are more spacious. Room 108 is directly above the restaurant and is noisy. 202 smells terrible. If you plan a short stay, ask for 309 which is the best room in the hotel. Unfortunately it is only available for short-stayers as a friend of the manager always stays there when he is in Tripoli.”
