I've stayed at the Lancers Inn many times over the past years. It is quite pricey - compared to the many B+B's available. But it is well organised, clean + efficient. In winter time - some of the rooms are even 'liveable' (= heated).

Also, aircon & satellite TV. The flat we stayed in also had a study, so it was possible for one of us to work in peace while the other watched TV & cooked.
