Hotel is clean and neat. Staff friendly and helpful. It is situated near the city center of Gaborone ( walking distance if you are fit. The hotel does not have own restaurant. a News Cafe on the same premises and is linked to the hotel .Service for dinner at news Cafe not up to standard.

A shuttle was pre-arranged to fetch me at 20:30 at the airport, no shuttle arrived, I had to make a plan to get back. Went for dinner at the News Cafe which is the Hotel's restaurant, I asked for a St. Louis - "no St. Louis". Caste Light? - "No Castle Light". Rock Shandy? - "yes we can do that"....

The hotel location is obvious GOOD. The surrounding area is not attractive. Somewhat below expectation; however still probably the best hotel in its category in Gaborone. Needs an upgrade of facility .

I had a chance to stay here twice in the same year. the second time was better than the first. Newscafe is were you get the food. Buffet breakfast lacks variety to say the least. but you can order from the menu which makes up for the buffet, and its cheaper. NO GYM which is a downer from my perspective.

Check-in went fast. Service through-out was fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. For foreign clients, take note of tourism levy of 10BWP per day. The staff doesn't mention it. Don't be surprised to find it charged to your check-out bill. Also, telephone calls are ridiculously expensive!
