Very modern hotel with a unforgettable view to Luanda Bay. They said it was recently renovated and we can see it clearly. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of fruit and cakes. The staff is great, and very different of other hotels in the area. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Presidente. There were a number of positive aspects: the hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the room was modern and comfortable, the fitness centre was adequate, the location is central, the room service offers tasty food within a reasonable time, and the wi-fi was free and fast. As I was travelling for...

Refurbished, fresh hotel, with clean rooms, great internet and excellent location facing to ocean. I liked their breakfast- delicious and fresh with excellent variety of food. Special thanks to the lounge- something amazing, the place just to relax after busy day. Next time I go to Luanda- will stay their for sure. Thank you

I used to stay here in the late 80's during the civil war. Back then it was really good and in fact the only hotel/restaurant in town that catered to westerners. All of central Luanda was supposed to be a "green zone", but it was really only in the hotel you could feel reasonably safe. The hotel could use an...

After reading some reviews on my flight over here I was expecting the Hotel Presidente to be quite shoddy. Quite the opposite in fact. I was pleasantly surprised. Don't get me wrong, it's very expensive but cosmetically it's a very decent place. The service and food quality are ok-ish - breakfast isn't great in my opinion but had a good...

I don`t know where to start from... Staff in all departments was absolute joke. Not that they are not helpful and very slow, but they mostly act like you bother them.. Takes 20 min to get a waiter to take your order in the bar. Even when you go to complain, they just don`t care. The problem is that the...

A good place to go for a beer to unwind after work. Quite a pleasant roof top bar with a decent view over Luanda bay. View made even more pleasant by the presence of a model and her photographer. Service not that great though. Was a bit of an effort to get the beers in

The hotel is OK, staff is friendly and the room is nice. The only truly unpleasant thing is the fact of entering the lounge bar and find out that there are plenty of local girls with second intentions, and you really do not feel comfortable. The orange juice on breakfast could also be better.
