Was recently in Victoria Falls and wanted to extend another 2 nights so I chose the Rainbow... What a nice surprise! The rooms were very nicely appointed and had charm. The front desk service was super and they couldn't have been more helpful. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and inviting and their dining room is quite good....

This hotel is well situated for the falls and the town centre which is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. It functions well as a tourist hotel with all reasonable facilities available including a decent swimming pool and free wi fi. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for our short two night stop over. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. It...

I stayed at the Rainbow Hotel as part of the last stop of a tour through Botswana. Firstly the bad, the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade it is still stuck in the 60s/70s as a result the basin in the bathroom was blocked. No bath towels were available for some time. Cleanliness was good understanding the equipment...

I stayed at the Rainbow as part of a Nomad's group. My first impression after check in was how wonderful and welcoming the staff were. After traveling through South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, I have to say the the friendliness of the Zimbabwean folks sets them apart from their neighbors. The hotel was definitely built back in the 1970's and...

The hotel isn't 5 star but it has good facilities, nice grounds and a very good breakfast. The rooms are fine, but the bathroom was very tired. An easy walk to the town and handy to the falls. The staff were helpful.
