Well, I was pleasantly surprised on arrival at Vic Falls Backpackers - the reception staff were very helpful and I was impressed with the layout and my little-detached room with its own bathroom. It was a bit far away from the town for me to walk in the heat and so a cab cost me US$5 there and US$5 back....

This lodge was so wonderful!! The staffs were very nice!! This lodge was securely protected so you can stay here without feeling axierty at all. They have tour desk which is available until 19:00. We stayed just one night so didn't get to enjoy the food or most of the facilities but we stayed up late and swam until the early hours of the morning. Staff assisted with laundry and arranging adventure activities. Definitely the best backpackers in Vic Falls.

A perfect start of my trip in Africa! I stayed here in the 6 beds dorm room and I have to be honest, earplugs are key! Unless of course you can stand the heat and turn the very loud fan off. Apart from that i loved my time spend here. It is a bit far out from the city but...

I recently stayed in this Hostel from December 3rd to December 6th. As this was my first time staying in a Hostel, Victoria Falls Backpackers did not disappoint. Justin, the Hostel reception, was there to greet us and he was very nice and accommodating when we wanted to switch rooms. Justin engaged in small talk with us, explained everything to...

We had people in our party who absolutely loved this place during previous visits however we were very disappointed with our stay. First we asked them to arrange a ride from the drop off of the bus to the hostel but they forgot about us and we had to find taxis at the last minute for 11 people. Then the...

I stayed at Vic Falls backpackers for almost every weekend over the course of five months volunteering outside of Victoria Falls. The staff are genuine, nice, helpful, and good people. The cook, Adrian, makes some excellent food (make sure to try the Traditional Brai). The rooms are clean with good mosquito nets, just make sure to leave them down once...

A true godsend for everybody traveling on budget around Victoria Falls! The hostel is very well-kept (except for rooms, at least mine, see below) and pleasant. The atmosphere is laid back - created by people who are happy to be there. It has a small swimming pool in the middle of the common space, the latter serves as a perfect...
