Great relatively new hotel. Reasonably priced for its central location. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Railway station and the Medina. From the airport taxis cost less than 10 TD during the day and after 9pm can cost a little over 20 TD. Stayed here for 4 nights altogether on two occasions. Good wifi signal accessible from the rooms....

I wanted to rate this hotel with 4 stars, but had to give 3 instead. Let me explain why. Problems: - In the official hotel website and in the website I used to book a night there, they say they accept most credit cards, including Mastercard (as in many other places in Tunisia). When we took our card from the...

hotel facilities and location are ok but staff and service don't reach minimum standards. I have never seen so useless reception staff. They didnt make us feel welcome during our stay. Staff were so rude, unprofessional and untrained, I guess they're not used to international guests and quality service. They hardly can speak good and clear english, they don't understand...

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. It's clean, but the staff - especially the night staff is extremely rude. We wanted an extra blanket at night because it was cold and the reception personnel came in the room (we already had checked and saw that they were no blankets) - which was very...

A pretty decent centrally located hotel Pros Great location, good wifi, clean, modern furnishings. Cons Paper thin walls, no fridge, no safe, breakfast buffet very limited. Staff were OK they organised a driver to take us to some Roman sites after asking a few times but there was lots of confusion and some unseemly haggling that we needn't have been...

Excellent hotel smack in the historical part of the center of town. A stone-throw from all transportation lines, restaurants and shopping district. The room was perfect, the service extraordinarily friendly and professional. The WiFi worked perfectly and the breakfast was plentiful. I am definitely jotting down this place for all my future trips to Tunis.

Stayed for one night to explore Tunis, the location was excellent, which was our reason for booking. The hotel itself was a complete contrast to the surrounding area. An oasis of calm in a frenetic part of town. I happened to see chambermaids store area and was duly impressed, clean, tidy, well stocked with clean bedding etc. seems like a...

We booked a room for 2 people at the Tiba through an international booking site. When we arrived, we were asked for our marriage license and told that without proof of marriage, we could not stay. This policy is NOWHERE on the Tiba's website or on the booking company's site. Reluctantly, we decided to seek accommodations elsewhere, but before leaving...

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Tunisia. It is a modern hotel in an excellent location, near Avenue Borguiba, shops, bars, restaurants, the Media and tram lines and the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh but basic, but on our second visit there were less options and...

It is a brand new and clean hotel right of the Avenue Habib Bourguiba across the street from El Hana International Hotel The room rates in the hotel were a bit lower than the rates I paid with "booking.com". $70. was a reasonable price for out of season. The size of the room is European and not America. But the...
