We stayed here for three nights at the end of a very adventurous and exciting safari. It was wonderful to find this architectural wonder in the middle of no where. How privileged to be able to take a bath with the plentiful R.O. water and be able to drink from the tap! They think of absolutely everything and attend to...

From the moment we arrived at the airstrip in Kogatende, we felt extremely spoiled, champagne and delicious bitings were served at a very nice little set up that the Lemala staff had arranged for us. We were greeted and welcomed by Frank, our driver guide. Upon arriving at camp, Tansy & Rich were awaiting us with very nicely scented refreshing face...

We stayed here for three nights, thought this would be a nice place at the end of our safari, but we were wrong. The room is very spacious and the bed is super comfortable as well. However the service is very average The staff/camp manager had no smile on their face all the time. The biggest con is the food:...

Having never visited Northern Tanzania, we thought a trip to the Serengeti was a good idea. This Northern area is spectacular and in amongst all the wonderful landscape and amazing animals is Lemala Kuria Hills. Our room had a stunning view from the decked area, which also had a plunge pool, most welcome in the heat of the day. Our...

This camp is amazing.I seriously don't think it's possible to have more luxury considering the location of the place. The service first off is 1st class. Extremely polite and friendly staff, who are also up for a nice honest chat. The food was excellent, but maybe the common table for dinner is not necessarily everyone's cup of tea, it still...

This is an exquisite property. Simply beautiful with unlimited potential. Unfortunately, the management is aloof and inattentive, especially in comparison to the other camps we stayed at. ~Management~ When we arrived, after traveling all day, there was no one to greet us. There was no one to help us with our bags. There were no employees anywhere to be seen....

I never see this service from any hotel or lodge at serengeti camps or lodges. Wine free, enough buffet meals, the waiters are smiling all the time, Clean room and all facilities are working and get in time.

We saved the best for last, and ended our 10 day safari at Lemala Kuria Hills. We stayed at some moderate and budget places during our trip just so that we could splurge at the end, so I was really disappointed that our stay was not perfect. It actually nearly perfect, until Peter (one of the managers) spoiled it. Positives:...

My experience with Lemala Kuria Hills in the Serengeti was life changing. Accommodations were incredible, but the most incredible aspect of the camp were the wonderful employees. Bosco, Emanuel, and all of the other staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and great to spend time with. I was surprised these boys are not out in the Serengeti taking guests...

This was my third safari and this lodge is number one on my list! It might not be perfect, but our stay here was amazing… Room: this tent is huge!! (if we can still call it a tent) It has a solid structure built on top of a platform and a wooden door and that is enough to make me...
