My partner and I had the trip of a lifetime at Asanja camp, exceeding our expectations on every level. I was very sad to leave at the end of our stay (5 days and 4 nights) and sincerely thought about delaying the flight to our...More

My wife and I just completed a 7 day safari in Tanzania, staying at 4 different camps/lodges. We enjoyed them all, but Asanja was definitely our favorite. It's remote location was truly remarkable and made for a very relaxing stay. Watching the elephants, buffalo, etc....More

I am looking for suggestions on an itinerary for about 10-12 days total (including flying time) from Atlanta to Kenya/Tanzania. We are celebrating my partner's 50th birthday are looking to travel towards the last week in September - early October. I am able to find relatively inexpensive air tickets to Nairobi and back [Sep 23 - Oct 4] but am open to suggestions if, e.g., you are able to provide a comprehensive package that includes airfare. Hi It will be our first time on the African continent, and, our interest is primarily safaris, viewing the migration, some trekking and to experience the local culture. [A quick note, we are vegetarian and given that the camps tend to be all-inclusive, please advise on whether this will be an issue]. Small tented camps sound good. Perhaps a mix of luxury and a somewhat rustic would be good to stay within budget. Ideally we would do both Masai Mara and Serengeti but are open to your suggestions on a quality experience. How would you recommend we do this in a 6 day trip. Thanks Nalini
