Had the place to ourselves for 2 nights and the staff was amazing! Literally made you feel at home. Ride in wasn't great but when we were there we really enjoyed it. Game drives were good and different since you were able to drive off the roads Unlike the national parks. Definitely a good stop especially if coming in from...

We stayed here for a night and so glad that we did. The staff was friendly and more than accommodating. We were greeted and told to make this our second home. The tents were beautiful and very well set up. It was a little hazy so we didn't have a view of the mountains, but the scenery was still breath...

The road is long, slow and of bad quality. But the trip is worth it: the settings and the views are beautiful and the remote location means that most tourists never set foot here. We did a game drive to Sinya and saw more animals than expected: elephants, giraffes, baboons, and various deer. Great views of the Kili on the...

Very nice camp. The staff are professional and very friendly. We began our 12 day safari here and it was a great experience. The tent was very nice and comfortable. We went on 2 game drives each day of our stay. We had no idea what to expect on a safari. It was an exceptional experience. If we ever go...

Fantastic place in an extraordinary location and excellent service! Because it is not much visited by other tourists it's very quiet and peaceful. Game drives in this area are surprisingly rewarding as there is so much wildlife. A herd of elephants with the snowcapped peak of the Kilimanjaro as the backdrop was certainly one of the highlights. The only thing...

What an incredible weekend. We booked this short getaway from Arusha a little last-minute after our friends invited us along. When we arrived the staff had no idea we were coming which at first was a little awkward, but Willie and Gabriel reacted with lightning speed to reverse the situation and make us feel extremely welcomed. We were the only...

The lodge is hidden on the magic slopes of the Kilimanjaro and the ride towards it is amazing. The staff is professional and dedicated, food is delicious, cottages comfortable and luxuruous, sundowners are magic and it is so nice to be able to get out of the car and enjoy the bush, the animals and incredible views whilst breathing in...

Top place in our journey through northern Tanzania. I stayed here with my wife and daughters, in two tents. The sourindigs are magic with Mt Kilimanjaro in front, we saw many animals and old elephant bulks, driving off road, the tents, exactly what you expect after a safari, the food is nice, but specially all the staff are great. they...

This was the best experience ever. The tents were clean, beds comfortable, shower and toilet a nice unexpected extra. Willie the cook prepared great meals and a black momba came to dinner chasing a toad. The people here were extremely kind and very knowledgable about the area. We saw amazing animals and even went to the Kenya border. Simbeta the...

Of the four places we stayed on our recent Kenya/Tanzania trip, this was the collective favorite. Remote, peaceful, surrounded by wildlife, and the staff was incredible. Because of the remoteness, things like electronics charging only took place in the main area, but the tents were comfortable and clean, the solar hot water was excellent, and we enjoyed it immensely.
