Sitting on an Indian Ocean beach with all the comforts of a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean with a view and balcony. The food is good but not exceptional and is served buffet style. The location is out of town and the traffic getting to the centre can be bad.

Hi Friend, The hotel is about 45mins to an hour from the airport depending on traffic. It will be good if you can arrange a taxi/cab (could be TZS 45,000 - 50,000) or Uber (TZS 30,000/-) to get you from the airport to the hotel. You could go on a 2 day safari to the Mikumi National Park about 250 Kms form Dar... or to Zanzibar via boat (2hrs) or flight (20mins). You will have beaches and some cultural site to visit, spice tours, dolphin trip, etc.. Other options is to directly to Arusha / Kilimanjaro and do a 2 day trip to the Ngorongoro National Part about 300 Kms from Arusha... just to Lake Manyara about 150 Kms from Arusha... and these will be in the National Parks to view animals in the Crater.
