Hotel is good , nice colour scheme, breakfast good, location good, but there are some issues: 1. It's not a 5 star hotel as stated by the hotel 2. Reception staff must be trained to handle customers complain, to communicate with other departments and keep customers updated what and when things be sorted out when there is a problem. 3....

This was a nice hotel, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. They had some nice art and tagines for decor. The WiFi is really poor in the rooms, so mostly we only got it in the lobby. There's some lack of attention to detail - for instance, the shower head in my room was broken. They moved...

The hotel is not bad or terrible, but is far far away from being a 5 star hotel. Staff is friendly but most of them do not speak English, although they are quite helpful. The hotel is old and has not seen refurbishment in many years, bathrooms are weared out, only 1 English speaking TV channel, minibar empty. The beds...

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Doesn't have good views. Service is very bad. I keep asking for my room free mineral water, shampoo, and shower gel. Very expensive for its quality. The hot water was coming yellow from the tap. Furniture is very old and some of them are worn away. TV doesn't have any interesting...

The Hotel Rabat is not a bad hotel, but it could be better. The good: It meets all my requirements for serviceability. It is clean, 24/7 electricity and potable water, hot water, toilet flushed well, no crazy smells. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very centrally within the city. It is a short walk from...

I was not at all impressed by this hotel - declared 5 star. The location is good but the hotel needs an urgent refurbishing programme. Elevators are slow, the showerhead could not be fixed to the wall, carpet in the room was not so clean, the decoration of the upper class restaurant is outdated. The meals are served in the...

I used this hotel for a working meeting and the services provided were efficient. Articulating directly with the manager is te best option. The hotel is flexible to accommodate your needs and is located less than 10m by foot from the main train station.
