Our stay was in August 2016. The room was adequate and did have some nice elements and it's own charm. However, for the price we stayed at far nicer Riads including in Rabat, on our first leg of our trip. There was no air conditioning, and the WiFi is only available in the courtyard, the staff do not speak English...

Lovely riad. Extremely friendly staff. Aziz was helpful with parking our car and making sure we had everything we needed. Sana'a was wonderful at breakfast, everything was homemade. You could hear the birds in the morning. A lovely place to wake-up in.

Very welcoming staff and charming setup. The patio has plants and nice rooms attached. The bedrooms and suites are color- and tasteful. If coming back to Rabat, Oudaya is first choice. Kasbah Oudaya is easy walking distance.

After a business meeting, I checked in at Riad Oudaya for two nights. It was really worth while and gave the Morocco stay the final jewel in the crown. Beautifully decorated, homely, nice staff and lovely meals. Just loved it and my colleagues agreed!

I disagree with the previous review. We had a lovely 2 days. The Riad has a beautiful courtyard and overflowing with spring flowers. Suite on top floor was vey comfortable and well appointed. Hot water was warm-ish but not inconveniently so. Breakfast was good and Betiya (the "cold lady") was actually very warm and caring. We got along fine even...

This was the most disappointing riad we stayed in during our two week stay in Morocco. We never met Pierre during our stay. We don't speak very good French and so had trouble communicating with the staff, who were kind of cold in the beginning of our stay, though the woman who was there in the mornings definitely warmed up....

We four Americans arrived at the Riad Oudaya in mid- October 2013. The staff speaks French and a little English so we got along fine. We had towels and our rooms were clean , beautfiul and comfortable. This was our first stay in Morocco. It was a serene introduction to a bustling, confusing medina. We had a lovely slow dinner...

The Riad Oudaya offers charming accommodation, a delightful staff, excellent service, and divine cuisine. It is an oasis of elegance, beauty and charm within the bustling medina, easily accessible to the beach/oudaya area and pleasant walking distance to the Hassan Tower. Although there are a number of very good restaurants nearby, it would be a mistake not to eat every...

Rooms on the topfloor are very nice and clean. The small terasse is ideal to dry clothes and beach towels. No towels were provided, so bring your own. Food is excellent and tipical, served in a very nice atmosphere. Long waiting time, not to consider if you're in a rush

The Riad Oudaya was our first accommodation on our tour of Morocco and we did not really know what to expect. From the outside, you would never guess the stunning beauty that lay inside. Our room was quite large, and we loved how it was decorated. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room, so...
