This is a typical riad in a busy(ish) general area but down a quiet ally (car/taxi can't get to front door but not a long walk). Only two of the 5 rooms were occupied and we basically had the run of the place. The staff (Omar) was very friendly and would do anything you asked with a smile. He let...

A cosy riad, which is 20mins from the center by walking. Really good location and very friendly staff. We loved Omar. He is great, knows a couple of languages and will provide you with the help you need. Very simple but delicious breakfast. A few minor things about the rooms, the toilet may have a smell but i guess it...

The Riad is a hidden treasure. So traditionally decorated. We stayed in the royal suite which was spacious, clean and also having a lovely seating area outside of the room. It was so quiet and peaceful that you would not know that you were in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff were so friendly - nothing was too much trouble....

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Calista and would recommend it to anyone staying in Marrakech. The Riad organised a transfer for us from the airport when we arrived and although this was propably overpriced (€15) it was worth it to not have the difficulty of agreeing prices with taxis immediately on arrival, and having someone to take us...

Riad Calista provides a relaxing and welcome rest from the ciaos of the Marrakesh streets. It is run by a generous and friendly group of people who act like concierges to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space to lounge in the small courtyard. Breakfast is provided and was a refreshing way...

Excellent Riad, well equiped, beautiful, clean, and the rooms are comfortable! Omar, who works there, is very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is a plus, how wonderful is it to cool down after a long day in the sun? I recommend strongly Riad Calista. Even though it is a little far from Jemaa El Fna (15 minutes walk), it...

We chose this riad as it had one twin room without a bathroom significantly cheaper than the other double rooms in the riad. When we arrived, we were the only people and had the choice of rooms despite how little we paid but we stayed with the twin room as 2 friends travelling. There is a small pool, which was...

When we arrived they told us that they were having difficulties with the electricity and they had to move us to a different riad. The new location was much worse but they tried to invoice us with the same price as if we were in the original riad. We later found that the Rose des Sables did not have any...
