My boyfriend and I started our 3 week trip to Morocco in Marrakech staying at Riad Khabia for four nights. The small Riad (they have around 4 double rooms) is inhabited by Julien and his lovely mother. They were the most welcoming and helpful hosts and made our stay a wonderful experience. Location: Riad Khabia 5-10 min. walking distance from...

The room we stayed in was clean and well arranged. Riad Khabia is located close to many of the historical and cultural sites in the ancient walled city, the Medina. The best amenities included the quiet location, rooftop terrace, small but beautiful swimming pool, good internet connection, healthy breakfast and mint tea, and best of all, the consistent, polite and...

I stayed at Riad Khabia 4 nights. The communication prior to my stay was excellent. They are very nice hosts who will tell you a lot about the city and the country. The breakfast up on the terrace was decent. Bread, jam, butter, small fruit salad and lots of mint tea. The room was very clean and was heated. the...

I spent 5 lovely nights at Riad Khabia while in Marrakech for a conference. The Riad's hosts strove to make me very comfortable, and were very helpful in providing suggestions on places to dine and site-see. A complimentary breakfast is offered each morning - and Moroccan tea is available at any time of the day. I highly recommend Riad Khabia...

This traditional riad is truly beautiful ( with authentic Moroccan features throughout), well equipped & maintained to a high standard. It offers a peaceful & relaxing retreat from the liveliness of the Medina. My room, private bathroom & balcony were comfortable, clean & fresh. Our hosts - Julien & his Mother - welcomed us with mint tea & shared their...

I stayed at Riad Khabiya in early April 2016. This lovely little Riad is centrally located, close to the Royal Palace and everything the Medina has to offer, yet tucked away in a quiet, clean little cul de sac. The building itself is very stylish, tastefully furnished with local art objects. The rooms are lovely and spacious and I particularly...

“My friend and I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room: Africa and it was simply perfect. A very large bed, bathroom and shower, and outdoor balcony lounge with privacy. The decorations were really cool and so is the ambiance music Julian plays :) (unless you don't want it)”

“The budget double suite's room itself is on the small side - but it does come with an extra room with settee which looks over the plunge pool inside the riad. The suit has several characteristic features such as carved wooden doors and golden coloured basin and taps - al little things that make the experience a little more exotic!”
