This is ok for a budget priced get away, but is certainly not four star as rated by Thomson who own the hotel under the Tui brand. The hotel is in need of refurbishment and updating, with shabby rooms and stained carpets in the corridors. There is very little indoor seating areas and what there is is quickly occupied when...

First the compliments : On arrival everything went smoothly as it should. Pool View Room on the first floor clean and ready. For the first six days just about everything...

Arrived on Friday 25th November 2016 after a 3am start and very long journey. On arrival we were informed that our rooms would not be ready for another 3 hours and to top it off there was no open food resturants until 2 hours after. The rooms were adequate and well presented on arrival & we were looking forward to...

We had the perfect week based at the Sensimar Medina Gardens hotel. The ambiance, service and food were all excellent. Many guests hardly leave the hotel but it is a great base to explore Marrakech. You can do it in easy steps; to the friendliest, fixed price, artisan shops outside the gates, cyber parc and Mosque gardens across the main...

The meals were absolutely heavenly. The first night I had the best pumpkin soup I've ever tasted and I'm a connoisseur of pumpkin soup!! The pool looked lovely...

The hotel was quite busy but there are enough sun loungers and quiet areas to find a peaceful spot. The food is very good for mass catering, sometimes a little slow,The hotel is all inclusive, this depends what is available,we found it strange when we drank several spirits and mixers no-one felt anywhere near drunk,I looked at the vodka bottle and it said...

The waitresses were always on hand to attend your every need, and always with a smile. The location of this hotel is perfect to get about on foot to souks etc....

I staid at this hotel for a week together with two colleagues. Although it is branded as a hotel for couples, we selected it because it was an official hotel for the conference we attended. That was a mistake. Physically the hotel was probably in good shape around 2000, but not much has been done to maintain the hotel since...
