I stayed here as part of a tour group. The service was its biggest let down. On two occasions it took staff longer than 45 minutes to locate and deliver air con remotes missing from the rooms, and two other group members had to switch rooms because the aircon flat out didn't work. There were mix ups with ordering taxis...

I travelled with Adam C below who is doing a fair bit of whinging. The hotel was in a fantastic location, we were right between two active areas and walking distance to the old town, which is fantastic. The hotel staff loved us when we arrived but this stopped past our third day. We did not get drunk or misbehave...

Stayed for a week and at first we loved it here. It was right beside gueliz and hivernage and had a bar, the room was functional with a comfy bed. However the staff started to get ruder as the week progressed and eventually refused to serve us wine. No idea why as we were polite and respectful at all times....

We stayed here for 4 nights and never achieved a nights sleep. We had two rooms the first had no AC broken tiles in bathroom, fuseboard hanging off the wall. The second had a shower you had to put your foot into to use the toilet! Basically this hotel is a drop off point for tours and they arrive at...

I would have liked to give this hotel a better review , but unfortunately it's the same old story ! The housekeeping staff work hard to keep all areas clean and tidy , and the hotel and rooms were lovely and clean , only to be let down by front of house staff who were unhelpful, lacking in people skills ....

Stayed as part of a tour. For the same price we booked an AMAZING Riad in the Medina. The staff were unhelpful. The rooms air-conditioning didn't work. The breakfast was not good. Wifi didn't work in room. There are SO many options closer to the action so don't book it.

I stayed here for one night at the start of a two-week holiday with the TheUntravelledWorld.com where I was walking in the High Atlas. My trip was an organised one but, because I arrived in Marrakesh a day early, I arranged my own accommodation for the first night and, conveniently, the Akabar was next door to the hotel where my...

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and the end of a trek through the Atlas Mountains, so it seemed luxurious in comparison to our other stays (which were either in tents or in gites. It's a solid Western-style hotel, with excellent staff and very clean throughout. There is a bar off the lobby where you can have a...

I stayed at this hotel both before and after a topdeck tour. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable; I have no complaints about the rooms. I enjoyed the breakfasts here, and the dinner I bought from the bar was surprisingly good as well. Big shout out to the fellow (I believe his name was Aziz) who ran around...
