We had our first ever trip to Marrakech with the 4 of us and decided on Riad Dar Zaman after reading the reviews. The location was great, the riad was cosy and welcoming. This is the first time someone from a hotel bothered to spend so much time briefing us in detail on where to go, do, eat, how to...

Intimate and romantic riad in a great location. As a gay couple we felt safe and accepted. Upon arrival to the city it was not clear to me that we had made the right choice since the neighborhood may appear chaotic. After a few days it was clear that the location was exceptional since it was easy to access all...

This has to be one of the best reviewed places on Trip Advisor and with good reason. I won't offer a detailed review, just echo what everyone else has said - Dar Zaman is a real gem and Hassan, Yassine and Karima are all genuinely wonderful (we didn't meet Peter, but he was very helpful in the background). Incidentally, we...

As this was our fourth visit to Dar Zaman, it really was like returning to visit friends and we felt very much at home. The riad is beautiful with just four tastefully decorated rooms, each with its own charm (and very comfortable beds). The service from brothers Hassan and Yassine, along with housekeeper and cook Karima, is exceptional. They are...

Can highly recommend this lovely riad, close to souks and about 20 minutes walk from the main square. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good but the stars of the show are Hassan and Yassine who were unfailingly courteous, helpful and just lovely- arranging trips, restaurants, providing maps, practical advice, making endless tea and the best coffee...

I went with my wife, we stayed for a week on bed and breakfast basis in Oct 2016. This in the north of the Medina, Sidi Ben Slimane area. It's close enough to be able to walk to the souks, main square, Secret Garden, Jardin Majorelle, Ben Youssef Medersa and Koutoubia Mosque. If you're not a good walker or it's...

We stayed at Dar Zaman for five days and had a wonderful time. The staff that run the place are very friendly and helpful - organised our airport transfers, maps and bus tickets for Essaouira and well as tips for whilst we were in Marrakech. Rooms are wonderful, clean and lovely breakfasts every morning. Certainly we'd recommend staying here. I've...

We stayed in the Carbone room for 2 nights in October 2016 and had a wonderful time. We were greeted from our taxi by Hassan who immediately made us feel at home in the city. Throughout our stay, Hassan and the rest of the staff tried very hard to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay, and we couldn't...

A perfect stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure us feel at ease and spoiled during our stay. The riad was a romantic oasis in this beautiful, safe, yet chaotic city. Thanks to Peter and Hassan who go above and beyond in treating their guests right.
