We booked Riad Tizwa having not really looked into Marrakesh or done much research but we were absolutely certain we picked the right place once we arrived. We are a group of 5 girls and had heard a mixed review of Marrakesh as a city. When we arrived at the riad they had tea and snacks waiting for us, they...

We stayed in this riad in the beginning of March, just recently. Both Mouhamed and Hassan were amazingly caring and helpful, they did more than I could imagine to take care of us. Hassan was especially nice to me when I got sick, he treated me like a family. The terrace where the breakfast was served was charming and the...

We stayed at Riad Tizwa with our two young children and were given the very warmest of welcomes and received first class service. Hassan was wonderful with the children and helped enormously to get us orientated with the medina and trips beyond. The rooms are traditional, spacious and very comfortable and breakfast was always fresh and fabulous. The Riad's location...

Such a relaxing spot - convenient for exploring the medina on foot, with 15-35 walk to most popular medina restaurants and tourist spots, friendly warm service, delicious bountiful breakfast, fantastic mint tea (with sugar on the side without asking), served with lovely nibbles like fresh and sugared peanuts, charming ambiance and reasonable prices. The Manager p, Hassan, gives each guest his...

This was our first stop in Morrocco, so it was when we most needed a helping hand. We certainly received first class service from the staff. The airport transfer was a god-send, as was help with currency exchange, advice about walking in and around the Medina, getting onward transport - all were most gratefully received. We were given a complimentary upgrade...

I stayed at the Riad for 3 days. My friend cancelled on me last minute so as a woman I was a bit nervous about discovering Morocco on my own. I also was very happy about having some "Me" Time and to catchup on some sleep. I could not have picked a better place. I selected the room No1 which...

Great, personable service that we experienced throughout our time in Marrakech. No request was too much and we were very thankful for the courteous and thoughtful hospitality demonstrated by the team. Nice breakfast as well, with a balance between Moroccan and European offerings. However, the Riad itself is really disappointing. You are immediately hit by a really damp smell that...

We stayed as a group for almost 2 weeks in this wonderful guest house, during the recent COP 22. The food and service was exceptional - thank you Riad Tizwa - I will definitely recommend this haven for anyone visiting Marrakech.

I stayed at Riad Tizwa for a night after staying at 2 other riads in Marrakech. This one was the most expensive and was the least impressive by far. The original room I booked had a bathroom that was disconnected from the room- which was not advertised. The wifi was terrible. They did allow me to move rooms because they...

Tizwa is a fabulous nest tucked away in the medina and we had a completely perfect stay in 2016. We stayed here last February and were dismayed to find it's already booked for the dates we wanted next February - it's clearly very loved by everyone who stays there and there were two sets of repeat visitors when we stayed,...
