We booked to spend New Year and we're not disappointed. The Riad was comfortable and quirky. The staff were excellent and did everything to make sure we had the best experience from organising transport, spa visits and New Year festivities. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It was a pleasure staying in Riad Merstane. We were there for 3 days and we rented the whole riad (we were 8 people). The staff (Rashid, Rashid, and Rashida) were all very helpful. Especially smaller Rashid. He made our stay worthwhile. He helped us getting around the city. He also arranged some walks around the Marrakesh medina for us...

A very beautiful riad in the old medina, Rachid and Carol were very generous and attentive hosts. Definitely make you feel at home after the vibrant tour in the medina. Would recommend staying with them in Marrakech!

Spent a week here with my girlfriend. We can't complain about anything, it was an amazing place to call home in the middle of such a crazy city. It's is a calm riad and you feel very distant from the outside world, which was great for us since we just wanted to relax, read books, drink tea and hang out...

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday and hired the whole Riad. Was great value, beautiful place, quiet, cool and tranquil. The roof terrace is fantastic and a great hang out place. The breakfasts were great and the evening meal we had cooked was wonderful. The staff were lovely, and helpful, particularly Rashid the evening/night member of staff. Be...

I stayed 5 days in the raid and the experience was great, the environment is amazing, the breakfast (included) is just the best one I have had in some time. The personnel, Rachid (tall), Rachida were amazing always worried for us; small Rachid was even better, he explained everything to us and was always there for whatever we needed. The...

We have just returned from five days at Riad Merstane; a group of women celebrating a 40th birthday in style. Marrakech was a interestingly fragrant, bustling, mixture of sights, sounds and flavours. Many many thanks to Rachid one and two (or big and smaller) they looked after us very well. In addition Omar the taxi driver was calm and stoic...

Recently booked this riad for my family of ten which included my elderly grandparents. We had clarified with the owner before we had arrived that the property was suitable for our grandparents was told it would be fine. We had also asked how far the souks were, was told it would be a 10 minute walk. Upon reaching the riad...

We are sorry these guests did not enjoy their time in Marrakech or the riad but as soon as these guests arrived at the riad it was obvious that they had done no research on Morocco and riads and on arrival they telephoned us in England to complain that they were unhappy to find that the streets were uneven and...

We stayed at Riad Merstane both at the beginning and at the end of our trip to Morocco. The courtyard is beautiful, full of plants in huge pots and foliage trailing from the balconies. The roof garden is a great place to relax after a long day's sightseeing and there are views of the High Atlas. Our room was clean...

I stayed to Riad Merstane for a night and had a wonderful time. The riad is beautiful and perfect for a romantic stay or for holidays with friends. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We had dinner in the riad and the home-cooked meal was absolutely sensational. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it!
