Our stay here was wonderful as our family room was clean are characterful and comfortable. The service from Ashraf and team was impecable. The Riad is easy walking distance to the museums souks and on to the square. There are plenty of restaurants hidden away nearby. I am glad we stayed in the medina as though its noisey and crazy...

We had a certain amount of hesitation approaching the riad from the car park at the post office as the surroundings were less than salubrious to say the least, however on entering it soon became apparent that the riad itself was a little palace. We spent four nights in the lovely riad inside the Medina, just a few alleys away...

Myself and my three teenage children stayed at Riad Assouel in June this year. It was a fabulous trip. The Riad was just lovely, very peaceful even though it was situated in the middle of the medina. Some difficulty at times finding the Riad but when we asked we were met by members of staff who guided us back. Food...

We had an amazing stay at Riad Assouel in early August with my family(3 teenagers). Nothing was too much for the manager Mohamed. His welcome speech was comprehensive and informative. The staff were all polite and helpful. The two en suite rooms were delightfully furnished in a Moroccan style. Both rooms had air con and wi-fi. The Riad was an...

The Riad Assouel is beautifully restored and maintained, with great attention to detail and to the luxurious feel of the accommodation. Some of the rooms are simpler in style but we had the Ifrane and Ourika suite which are quite more sumptuous. Around the pool is very relaxing, much needed after a day in the very hectic Medina. The most...

Visited Marrakech with my 2 sisters for 4 days last week. We stayed at the Riad Assouel, right in the Old City. The place is beautiful; pool, roof deck, etc...The rooms are spacious and lovely. We had a 3 person - 2 level room with a large bathroom. The breakfast is traditional and the staff is over the top, amazing....

So I took my first adventure to Morocco In June and during my visit of course we went to Marrakech. We absolutely loved it! Besides the culture, people, food, you name it, our love for this city was no doubt enhanced by the glorious Riad Assouel, our own piece of Aladdin! This Riad is fantastically located in Medina and just...

Really enjoyed my stay here, lovely rooms, not large but adequate & beautifully decorated, the maid service was good. So nice to be in the centre of Marrakech & come back to the tranquil Riad Assouel, for a swim in the warm pool. Not to keen on the meal we had, but there are some fab restaurants close by. Hope...

I recently stayed at the Riad Assouel, my third time in Marrakech and this time as part of a large party. The simplest part of the stay here was the airport pick up. On arrival at the riad our host Mohammed greeted us and took us through the formalities and we asked to be seated for the prebooked dinner on...

“Toubkal was a beautifully decorated, comfortable double room with a nice bathroom. The three children had a very attractive room with 3 single beds (Koutoubia) and a good large bathroom.”

“There are only 8 rooms so quite exclusive. The Ourika room that we stayed in had two windows looking out on to the pool and also a bathroom window that looked out over some apparent wasteland. We had two sofas that could be used as beds and steps up to and then down to bathroom with separate toilet. Air conditioning in the room was useful to cool the room down before sleep.”
