It's an awesome place to stay you forget the outside world once you enter the door of Dar 73. Caretaker Amin is an amazing guy with lot of knowledge & information about the things to do in Marrakesh. We were given this place as an alternate for 1 night as the place we had booked was over booked due to...

This is an immaculate place to stay. So clean and beautiful. The staff were so helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the roof terrace. Excellent value for money. Only downside was location. I felt nervous walking down the alley at night, compared to other riads we had stayed in. If this sort of thing doesn't bother...

Good rooms, clean, and with good warm sheets. Hot shower at anytime. We got there spontaneously and he had rooms free, imaginable because of the low season. Kitchen with tools available. Antonio is very sympathetic and helpful man when it comes to buying things in the surroundings. Someone of good advice and especially interesting to talk to. He has traveled...

Very clean and cosy hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant is good but you might end up waiting around 30min for a drink or 45min for your starter.. not good when you thirsty or hungry after all day of activities.

Stayed here for 4 nights with family. Have stayed in more 'traditional' riads before but Dar 73 is a more contemporary style, and one which we loved. Everything is very 'clean' and modern. Our rooms were lovely, clean and cosy, decorated woth pieces of contemporary Moroccan art. Supremely comfortable bed with fresh roses every day. Housekeeping was efficient and fast....

This riad is beautiful. The rooms are very clean, and well decorated. Our stay could not have been better but could have been longer! We loved staying here. Thank you. Would recommend taking the airport transfer as it makes finding the riad very easy.

Our room was really nice with a lovely bathroom. Staff were very polite and helpful. The deck area is a little tatty and tired with only a tiny plunge pool the size of a small tub. We didn't feel comfortable walking to and from the Riad and had a bad experience when two rival gangs of youths were fighting in...

As many reviews have said this Riad is down a very run down street in a quiet area of town. However being 2 mins from the Bahia Palace it meant it was easy to find. The interior of the Riad is beautiful, calming and relaxing. A modern interpretation on Moroccan style. We would often return here on an afternoon to...

My husband and I stayed at this Riad with my sister and brother in law. The journey from the airport takes you through some pretty run down areas and indeed the Riad is not in the most salubrious part of town. Once through the front door you find yourself in the most welcoming, calm place. We were served mint tea...
