This Riad is great, very different to anywhere that we had stayed before - a tranquil oasis in the middle of the bustling medina. Bruno was very welcoming and his staff very friendly. We stayed in the orange room which was very nice. Going up to the roof for breakfast every day was cool and on our last night all...

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed staying somewhere so different. The riad is beautifully decorated and very tranquil with a fantastic roof terrace for relaxing after the mayhem of the medina. There is so much to do in Marrakech and we got some good advice on our arrival. Bruno doesn't speak much English but...

Tucked away in the back of an alleyway, full of cats, is this most charming Riad in the middle of the Medina, almost like a medieval fortress. Not easy to find but Bruno picked us up at the taxi drop off (you cannot drive into the Medina area). The Riad is wonderfully decorated, the internal yard full of plants, ornaments....

Riad Charcam is a small Riad in the heart of the medina. The host Bruno met us at taxi drop off and walked us back to the riad. Bruno speaks French but does not speak much English he does his best to provide helpful tips for getting around the medina but this is a struggle due to the language barrier....

If you want to transport yourself into a magical world of Marrakech - then this is the place to stay. The attention to detail is superb and creates almost surrealistic ambience. This is an experience of its own right worth every penny!!! I mean, if you are going to visit Marrakech you must stay in this kind of place to...

From the location (middle of the medina, but still tranquil) to the ever smiling Bruno and his staff... This was wonderful! The briefing at the start of the stay was very useful, as it covers all the highlights. We went full on tourist on the recommendations that we were given and we were not disappointed. Also, Bruno was the best...

Beautifully presented riad. The attention to detail was superb. Loved every nook and cranny, and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the pool when temperatures hit 45 degrees! We slept in the orange room downstairs and as a light sleeper, I found it very noisy: with people coming and going and the buzzer. We also found it hard to communicate with Bruno...

Stayed at Riad Charcam for 3 nights at the beginning of January. For the price we paid it was exceptional. We stayed in the Orange Room on the ground floor and it was of a perfect size with all necessary amenities (apart from being a little chilly first and last thing). The roof terrace and pool area were lovely to...

Small traditional Riad in heart of city. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable stay although double room was a little small. Clean, adequate breakfast and good local restaurants near by. Easy walk to most sights including Majorelle gardens, square and palace. Would definitely stay there again if went back to Marrakech.

We used the transfer service which was great. Bruno the owner greeted us as the bus pulled off the road. If you've stayed in Marrakech within the madena before you may have no difficulties in finding the riad using google maps as it is only a few turns away from the main road, but, there is nothing worse than getting...
