Located in the rabbit warren of Marrakech medina we enjoyed our four-day stay (three at the start of our holiday and one at the end) in this riad. The riad's location is perfect, not quite in the tourist section but close to some of the more interesting sights. Our good-sized room on the second floor had a large, comfortable bed,...

It was my boyfriend's first time in Marrakech and my second. After staying at the Four Seasons resort last time, I can honestly say that Riad Maiya was better! So so reasonably priced (we're both students) and beautifully interior designed! The location gives you a real insight into everyday Moroccan life whilst still only being a lovely 10 minute walk...

Our group of 4 had an excellent stay at Riad Maiya. We were welcomed with tea and a tour of the riad. After extensive research, this place is by far the best value in the Marrakech medina, especially if you are looking to stay in a tastefully renovated, managed, and maintained riad. It is located on a very residential alley,...

This riad is located at the very heart of the souk, in a small alley, in the heart of the old city. Our host, Thierry, was very welcoming and provided us a quick orientation of the old city by taking us touring the souk with him. We only had two days in Marrakesh so his suggestions of the highlights of...

The host is a French interior designer that has renovated the rooms, while keeping the traditional look. Amazing breakfast is served fresh and in a traditional way(in a good weather go up to the roof!!! Great view and when the sum comes up, it is so nice to eat breakfast there). Thierry, the host, will orient you very fast and...
