We arrived early evening, sweaty and stressed from travel, and Philippe was a very warm welcome. He helped us to deal with an unwanted 'guide' which was a godsend. Although tucked away through a series of alleys, the Riad is actually easy to find once you have clear reference points and have practised finding it! Our room was clean, well... More

Let me start off by saying that this riad was spotless and absolutely stunning. I stayed in the zagora room up on the terrace, which was pretty interesting since you're up there all alone at night. I also had dinner in the riad for two nights and the food was excellent and even had some Moroccan wine! I saw the... More

My Girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The hosts were wonderful. Elyz organised for us to be collected from the airport and helped with anything we needed throughout our stay. Breakfast was perfect, fresh and tasty and so was the coffee & tea. The wifi isn't great but that didn't bother us. Our room... More

Getting there the first time is complicated (lots of nameless alleys and turnings and nobody around to ask directions) but after that it's easy. The courtyard has been beautifully renovated and the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. The hosts are very friendly. Located by the side of a souk, it's easy to explore other souks and go to Jema El... More

Once you find your way to Riad Essaada down the narrow alleyways of the Medina this is a really lovely place to stay. Our room was really bright, quite large, clean and everything worked properly. Plenty of electrical sockets for charging phones, laptops etc.! Lovely roof terrace with covered area for relaxing and sun loungers for enjoying sunbathing. Free wifi... More

Right, left, left, right , straight, then right. Yeah... you'll remember how to get back :) Riad Essaada is deep in the alleys of the medina. A quiet and comfortable place to stay, within walking distance of almost everything in central Marrakech. We stayed in the small room on the roof, off of the common area. The bed was comfortable,... My friends and I spent 5 days in this really friendly riad. The location was excellent, because this riad is actually located in the old city centre – Medina. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the food and drinks were fresh and tasty. Everything was better than expected. However, the thing that made our vacation... More
