stayed here for 5 nights as part of a cooking programme with Edwina. Great riad. If you are looking for the tourist experience with average tagines and usual spots visited then do NOT come here. If you want to see some less visited places like the extraordinary Tinmal mosque and tea with a berber family then this is the place....

We were staying down the road and walked past the House of Fusion each day and when we looked online were delighted that Edwina provided cooking courses. We booked onto the "full half day" which runs from 08:50 - 15:30 and starts with a chat over coffee about the type of food we wanted to cook and how to order...

It was lovely cooking for and with you both and your photo enjoying NYE dinner, is part of our new business card! I now offer to email cooking class guests, the recipes for those preferring to not write them all, although there are still a couple left to be written haha. Enjoy all the fabulous recipes and most of all,...

The proprietor is originally from Australia but is a well travelled, first class chef. Her cullinery skills are second to none and the Moroccan meal she served us was magnificent - all five courses! Whether a romantic dinner for two or a party of ten she will cater for you all and it will be outstanding. Edwina is also a...

We wanted to find something special for our last day in Morocco, and we certainly did! We were walking to our riad and saw for the first time in our stay the door of HoF open, so we stepped in to see what it was about. The owner explained us all what she was planning to cook, and we decided...

My long half-day of cooking with Edwina was one of the most memorable of my trip to Morocco! The food was absolutely delicious & the company delightful! A language lesson, trip to the market, & the opportunity to buy the spices we used further enriched the experience. I also spent the night in one of the guest rooms - felt...

It was lovely having you come to stay and cook and glad that all was up to Michael's glowing report! Do let me know when you cook your first Moroccan dinner party! I have no doubt that it will be a sensation! Best Wishes, Edwina

We happened to come across the House of Fusion while visiting Marrakech recently. We walked in, curious to see what it was about - and that probably made our trip to Morocco!! Edwina, who runs HoF, is one of the most helpful people we met in Morocco and a fabulous cook. We were staying at a Riad nearby so booked...

I did long half day. Edwina was a wonderful host. As I was alone, I got to do everything hands-on. We chose the menu and she gave me a crush course in arabic. It was fun trying to buy ingredients with none-existant arabic at a local market. Then chopping and prepping while we chatted. She explained how and what to...

We stayed down the road from this little gem of a place, and happened by it one day because the door was open and these amazing smells were wafting out. We happened to be there at the end of Ramadan and because everything was going to be closed, we asked if she would give our family of 4 a cooking...

I took the Long Half Day cooking course at the House of Fusion and had a great time. The Riad was easy to find and not far from the main square of Marrakech. We started by deciding on the menu for the day, consisting of 6 or 7 different dishes. After going to the market to purchase some of the...

Stayed here for three nights. It was a perfect way to see a country - going to the markets to buy food to cook, a day trip out to a Berber village. The riad is wonderfully peaceful. Fabulous adventure. I highly recommend it as a unique way to see Marrakech.

“We didn't stay in this riad. There is no pool which was one of our requirements but looked good and clean otherwise. Very quiet and in a handy location with a great host.”
