Tucked away in a corner of the medina this is an oasis of calm in an otherwise crazy place. I would recommend using their transfers as it is hard to find. The hosts were great and we were given mint tea and pastries on arrival. Rooms were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic Highly recommended

Thank you so much for this review on your short stay. Indeed, the airport transfer is the best solution because of the faux guides and staxis that drop you anywhere. We hope to see you again. Arnauld & his team

We had a wonderful week in this Riad for a good price. The staff is very helpful and really takes care of you. I would suggest to book rooms on the first floor as the ones in the ground floor are a bit darker and have less privacy . We tried also twice the food and had a cooking course...

We know that you have enjoyed your stay at the Riad Faiza, you laughed a lot during the cooking course, good atmosphere. Thank you for your note and your comment. The Majorelle room is actually less luminous because of its location at the Patio, and it is also why its price is lower than those on the 1st floor. We...

Stayed four nights at Riad Fiaza. Service, Location, Price was excellent. Anas and Driss were excellent hosts. Lovely Breakfasts, Dinner on arrival wonderful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop terrace to catch some afternoon sunshine. Excellent Value Excursions from Riad with a great Driver Hicham. My advice is book transfers with Riad also. Thanks Eileen. It was a pleasure to welcome you and your friends / family. Anas and Driss keep an excellent souvenir of your moments spent with you ... And you are right, a Riad is not like a hotel. It is a house of hosts, where you are like at home, where you can exchange with the staff, with other...

We were nicely welcomed by Arnaud, the manager of the hotel who gave us some good addresses for dinner and also offered us take us to the city centre if needed. The hotel is very nicely decorated and a short walk from Jama El-Fna square. The staff is also very nice and professional ! One bad point.....I only stayed one...

We stayed in Morocco for 13 days and we visited 6 different cities and, consequently, 6 different hotels, the best of which was, without any doubt, this one. Very close to the center, with a very good service and a really nice owner called Arnauld. In fact, he's so caring that we forgot a shirt there and he had no...

We have stayed at the riad for a week. The service, location, room, the prices, everything was just perfect. The staff gives it's best to offer you the most convenient services and the best prices. They made our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast was included and really worth it, served at the roof top terrace. The excursions were very well...

I stayed at the Riad Faiza with three other friends for 5 days (08.03.15 to 12.03.15). IT is situated in the Medina the old part of Marrakech. As we arrived with the taxi my initial reaction was one of shock due to narrow uneven roads, people riding haphazardly with bikes others riding donkeys..the culture shock was big. However I settled...

We loved our stay here- Karim, Anass and the ladies were all so helpful. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. The hospitality was wonderful and they really went out of their way to ensure we were safe and happy during our visit. I recommend this riad if you want to have a real taste of Marrakech and the old Medina.

Just returned from a stay at Riad Faiza. Could not have asked for more. Arnauld, Karim and Assan made our stay perfect. The Riad is very pretty and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was plenty. We also dined here and the food was good. Arnauld and his staff were always ready to help us and were...

I did not like my stay in this Riad, you can find a better option for this money. The main problem with this Riad is hospitality and the greed. I would tell two stories about this problems: - Before I came to Riad, I emailed them and asked how to get their. They explained me and said, that it would...
