The room had pleasant deco, but due to air con not working and making banging noises every 5mins our opinion changed quickly. During the night you can continuously hear the constant Marrakesh traffic, hardly making the room pleasant. Shocking of all, was after using the hammam, a cockroach was roaming the massage room! The staff hardly looked surprised and continued...

clean hotel in convenient place. breakfast very good. service is very poor especially from the ladies on reception.although hassan always had a smile and asked how our stay was. the food and beverage manager was very friendly and efficient. could be a good hotel if sum of the staff attended charm school.

My wife and I stayed there a few days ago. Interesting location in the moderen sector of the city. The location was good with several places to dine and have a tea (mostly male cafes). We were not hassled as much as in the medina in this area. As far as our experience in this hotel. Well, let me begin...

We stayed in Marrakech for 4 nights during October 2011 and chose this hotel through Lastminute.com. It was exactly as advertised, fresh, stylish, modern, with most of the facilities that you could ask for at a reasonible price. The standard room that we had was perfect, with an amazing bathroom (large rain-style shower). Yes it was a little noise outside,...

My partner took me to this hotel for my 40th birthday & it was lovely. Situated in heart of the business area was a great location. The hotel was clean & staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeper on the 3rd floor. The room was cleaned every day & even though the shower did flood the room housekeeping were there...

My review is a little delayed as iv tried to write a review and once iv posted it, it never seems to be on this site. First time in Marrakech, went with my girlfriend for a quick getaway for 3 nights. Took a risk and went for this hotel, and I am glad I did. On arrival, we were pleasantly...

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 week starting 11th September 2011. Our room was excellent, we were upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor (overlooking the bakery opposite). The room was spotless, and was cleaned daily to a great standard. The staff on the 6th floor were amazing and so kind to us. A special mention to...

The hotel is very centrally located in the new town. The hotel is stylish maintaining some of the original furniture (picture funky sideboards - sofa's and coffee tables). The hotel, however, is up to date with facilities after it's refurbishment (i think about a year ago) with AC, Flat screen TV's, updated bathrooms etc. As the other reviewers have said...

I booked this hotel based on other reviewer comments. I find their experiences match mine. The rooms are very nice, sleek and contemporary but with local touches such as the Arabic pattern in the floor of the room, the pattern in the wall lights etc. I agree the hotel is on a busy intersection but with the windows / balcony...
