Located in the heart of Gueliz this hotel is good stay for those that want to be away from Medina madness and have a feeling of Europe ;) Reception staff were very good, especially Khadija, who went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon gets better ( we were let down by another hotel chain). Another girl was nice,...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was lovely. The room was very comfortable and included a balcony. The check in was pleasant and given traditional tea on arrival. There is free wifi however the reception in the room is poor but fine in all the lobbies and restaurants etc. The only fault I would have would...

Basically my travel companion and I paid only £40 pounds each for 3 nights bed and breakfast which included a free hamaman so we really didn't expect much however we had requested twin beds which we had and they were very comfortable, the room was clean and the balcony overlooked the very congested road at the front of the hotel...

Arrived as single female, no lock on door entire stay so every time wanted to enter room had to go to reception and ask someone to let me in. Arrived at this hotel after a 7 day tour of morocco. I booked this through hotels.com and the check in was fine. The hotel is rather smaller than the other hotels we stayed at but much more comfortable and cosy. The rooms were small but pretty. It is in the heart of the new city so it isn't quiet but...

Sky Bar has a great view over Marrakech new town. Good drinks menu. Sipping a Cassablanca beer chatting with friends, looking out over a vibrant Marrakech eveing was enjoyable. They also supply you with some savoury snacks and a blanket when the temperature cools down on an evening. Nice touch.

I came for a 4/5 night stay with friends and I have to thank Fatiha (reservations manager) and the staff for a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly and we had great service from the restaurant and bar. Rooms were clean and well presented. Wifi is not the fastest but it works :). Other than that I was very...

Any hotel should know that the first point of contact will be the receptionist, well this hotel has the rudest lady on reception I have ever come across. The way she looks at you is to suggest you have inconvenienced her into doing some work, at first I thought it was just us, but after speaking to other guests at...
