We were here in July 2015. Although there was a little mix up with our room on arrival, we checked in without much effort. We were given a wristband and we headed to the pool, as we could not get into the rooms until 2. We arrived at 9am. What a beautiful Pool, lots of room, lovely temperature and immaculately...

I just wanted to take the time to drop a quick positive review on the hotel. Room - When we arrived we received a junior suite on the 1st floor of one of the Ryads at the back of the resort. The rooms are well appointed and we couldn't ask for anything more. They were cleaned daily by a very...

So many things to complain about. My partner and I stayed for 10 days in the hotel towards the end of Ramadan period. Upon arrival we were immediately charged a £20 'tax' - I think this is a general Morocco thing but we at least weren't aware of it. Our rooms weren't available for around 5 hours, this wasn't a...

booked as a last moment trip as our holiday to Tunisia was cancelled, so was not sure what to expect. I did not realise how hot it would be, and was a little unprepared for the heat. This hotel is remote, and no where near anything, so if you want to go off and explore then be prepared to get...

I am going to echo several other people's recent reviews. We arrived at 11am and were told we could not check in until 2pm, which is understandable however, we were given no directions to where we could get a snack/lunch/drink/place to chill out so we went down to the pool. The pool is lovely, however the pool bar is covered...

As a group of 5 girls travelling to Morocco, when we read the previous reviews, we were very apprehensive about our stay. However, from the moment we got there, the staff were nothing but helpful and kind. We arrived early in the morning so could not get our rooms until 2pm. However, we were given our all inclusive bands as...

I'll start with the positives; nice and big pool, pool entertainment are friendly are try hard and so are the bar staff at the pool bar, rooms were also good with aircon and cleaned daily with clean towels etc Now, onto the long list of complaints, the cups are thimble sized which becomes very taxing in 40 degree heat and...

I won't go into a full description of holiday will just list the good and bad. Good: Beautiful grounds, which are looked after all the time. Animation team are constantly trying to keep things going and always happy. The pool is huge, fantastic and a great relief from the heat. Plenty of sunbeds and shade. Bad: Staff are not helpful,...

We returned from Marrakech Ryads Parc and Spa on the 15th but we are only now able to write a review as we are still getting over severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Is now easing up after 6 days. We will start from the initial arrival to the hotel. The reception staff are appalling very unhelpful and rude, not willing...
