Basic, quite lovely, had a few issues with the people who were staying above us they flooded bath room causing our clothes to become wet, not much parking on a busy night, breakfast was a bit of a rush to but other than that all round good experience but this place is really only good if you have a car...

Lovely hotel about twenty minutes outside the city. May seem isolated at the moment but we noticed a couple of other hotels being built, and there is a proposal for 1550 apartments near the stadium. Reception staff very helpful even with their limited English. Room was very clean. Towels were changed every day and soap replenished. We had a room...

Just returned from this hotel We had a lovely time weather beautiful There were not many people at time at the hotel, which suited us just fine. The staff were amazing very friendly and happy, always happy to help, even if language was a problem. The mini bus down to the medina very cheap and worth while (22dirhams - about...

The purpose of this visit was to relax by the pool. There were probably about 8 other Brits there, and the rest were Moroccan families (I think it was a school holiday) so meal times were very busy. (Definitely make sure you sit near the desserts if you find yourself in this situation.) All meal buffets had variety of hot...

I've been in marrakesh for the week with the family. The hotel seemed like a good option when booking. Its not great at all. The hotel staff are not very friendly and the room had a different problem everyday. Most of all location is very far from anywhere meaning you have to take a taxi for 200dirham each way daily...

An elegant and exceptionally clean hotel , this hotel was set in amazing landscaped gardens with a lovely pool that had daily activities either in the pool or around it. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily with a Terrence that was excellent place to sit for a late evening drink. Friendly and helpful staff nothing was to much trouble,...

This is by no means a 4 star hotel. It is 2 star. The toilet kept breaking, towels were thin and had holes in. Freezing rooms and only provided a blanket, no duvet. Food was average. No wifi in rooms only in the lobby and slow speeds. The sun loungers were just plastic and we asked for cushions but they...

Firstly.... only one member of staff at the reception speaks English to an understandable level which was sad to say the least as visitors come from all over the world. Secondly... wifi only available in the reception area and was very limited to only sending messages and not pictures or even video calling. Thirdly... there were lots of issues with...

The hotel is 3/4 star compared to EU standards. Location is alittle far from main town Djema El fenaa square and quite isolated, away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed here 7 nights with 9 friends. The rooms are of decent size, nothing special, quite outdated needs modernisation. The hotel amenities is good but could be better, staff could make...
