The food was not good- wasps everywhere even on Nadia's chips, AGH however met some good people including staff but the rooms were not worth the price we paid for. Hardly any entertainment so no good for children. Would not visit again.

Flying from BHX in England, me and my partner enjoyed a week long holiday at this resort. Although, be advised the resort is roughly 30 mins away from city centre. However, travel is available via shuttle extremely cheap. Unless you prefer to get a taxi into the city at about 100 dirhams (approx £10). Apart from the stated, the resort...

I've just got back today from this hotel and I honestly loved it. We was supposed to be staying for 7 days but actually extended our stay to myself 10 days! The staff are absolutely lovely, polite and very helpful, especially the lady on reception. She didn't speak English very well but she still went out of our way to...

I have just returned from a week's stay in this hotel with my wife. I wouldn't usually bother with a review however i feel compelled to warn people of what they will encounter here. The facts are as follows: Rude and incompetent staff - Abdel Illah behind reception being the worst culprit. Not only were his customer service skills non...

My wife and I stayed here in the first week of April and we're definitely in the "we liked it" camp. We had spent the previous week travelling throughout Morocco from the fascinating Medina in Fez (yes, I bought one!), through the middle Atlas Mountains to Ifrane where there was still snow around, to Meknes, Rabat and a visit to...

An all round abysmal hotel. Don't waste your time staying here. For a start the location is too far out. To get a taxi to and from the city centre cost us £30 everyday. The bathroom was disgusting. We did ask for the plug hole to be cleared of hairy gunk but it wasn't. So everytime we had a shower,...

I genuinely can't understand the bad reviews that this hotel gets. Am I staying somewhere else ??? I stayed here last year for 8 days on my own and loved it. This year I took my 60 yr old mother and my sister with me. We shared a room, I had the sofa bed which was absolutely the most comfortable...
