Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful rooms decorated Moroccan style. Breakfast was good. Situated in the medina, which is a nice area but we found that were too many people hassling you in the street and that some did not took no for an answer the first time.... Besides that, that has nothing to do with the hotel, everything was good.

Perfect place to experience authentic Marrakech. 1st rate hospitality over the 4 days we stayed here would happily recomend to anyone. Only piece of advice would be to try and not step on the pet tortoise. Will be returning

The location is good, riad is easily accessible by foot from Jemma el Fna and all the souks. Everything was good - the place is nicely decorated, clean, the air-co works, the breakfast is what I would call Marrakesh classic but served on a beautiful terrace, and there is a small pool there to cool down in. All good!

Behind the pink walls of medina we find this beautiful riad, quit, nice, old traditional morocco style. Is close to the Jamma el Fna square and is in the heart of the souck. We spend only one night here, but was one of the most beautiful place where we stay in Morocco. On the roof they have a nice terrace,...

Like other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is nice but basic, very traditional. I won't go into much detail as its all been said by other visitors, but there is functional wifi, a decent breakfast, and a nice atmosphere. It will help to speak French but the staff members we dealt with spoke basic English too so we had no...

In Riad Sharmance we stayed for one week and we were satisfied with all of their services. Location of Riad is perfect because it is close to Jemaa el Fnaa (less than 10 min of walking) and close to souks but still it is in a quiet street. Streets in Marrakesh Medina are chaotic and you need some time to...

We stayed here in March 2014. We have requested airport transfer since the location of Riad is hard to find at first. Everything went smooth. Service was good, only thing is if you don' t speak a little bit of French you will find communication with stuff most difficult, since the manager is the only one who can speak English....

This is the 3rd Riad I haver stayed at in Marrakech. By far and away the cheapest and by an equal distance also the most basic. That's not saying it's a bad thing, just that put simply you get what you pay for. The room was clean enough and fresh towels every day were a nice comfort. The breakfast was...

I have just returned from 5 days in Marrakech with my boyfriend where we stayed at Riad Sharmance. We are both english with only basic french skills which made it difficult as the staff at the riad knew very very little english and would simply speak at you in french. However, minus the language barrier they are wonderful and helpful...

We stayed one week in this Riad and had a fantastic stay! - rooms are simple (no fancy items like radio or TV), but very clean (towels are changed daily, beds are made up daily, no crawling animals besides the cute turtle in the courtyard) and decorated lovely in traditional Marrocon style - bathroom is very clean, comes with flush...
